Sep 02,2022I recommend the couple who look after my dog for nine days. Lots of walk lots of play lots of cuddle et cetera. They’ve been bathed him! My dog love them. Apparently he behaves as does at home. I.e no problems! I will definitely recommend them and I’ll use them again.

They very quickly found us a fantastic dog sitter (Amanda in Epping) for our summer holiday and she and her lovely family could not have been more attentive to our 2 Shar Peis who really do not like being away from home. The dogs looked so healthy when we collected them. Their coats were shiny, they had been brushed daily and they had clearly received a lot of love and affection. I never got my dogs back in such a good state from previous sitters and they had been thoughtfully cared for through an awful heatwave too. I received messages with photos daily as requested. I cannot recommend this family highly enough. Thank you Amanda. I won’t be able to go on holiday again without making sure you are available!

Aug 30,2022Homefromhome were very helpful in finding a good carer for our two small dogs for three weeks over the summer break. Two Homefromhome carers had previously cancelled (due to health issues) but Homefromhome were able to find a replacement carer within a very short time frame. The carer was very kind and friendly. He took care to keep the dogs cool during the heat wave and kept us updated on our dogs' wellbeing throughout our holiday. We were so happy with the carer that we have booked him again for our next holiday.

Aug 26,2022Highly recommend Home from Home Dog boarding. There was an issue with our original carers and Home from Home were great at finding us another and keeping us informed the whole way. It’s could have been stressful as it was so close to our holiday but they were so reassuring. Our dog absolutely loved being with Amanda and her family, and she was great at sending us little updates. Our dog couldn’t have been loved more! We were able to fully relax whilst away knowing Cleo was cared and loved. Total peace of mind.

They allowed our pooch to do all the things she would normally do at home ( she even got a roast on Sunday 🥰) I would highly recommended Home from Home!

Aug 25,2022My toy poodle Maisie lived with her carer for 5months when we had to rush back to Australia but regulations wouldn’t allow our dog to fly for 6months. Maisie loved her lady minder and thrived in her care. She sent us videos regularly, walked her in the countryside twice a day and made her very comfortable on soft cushions. Aswell as taking her to the vet several times for her pre-flight injections. We were very relieved that Maisie was living in such a happy environment.

Dawn communicated with us regularly, and it was clear upon collection that she had taken very good care of him. We would unreservedly recommend her to others looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.

I don’t always give reviews as we usually use the same lady but we had to make a last minute booking for our two dogs and they were placed with a new carer in Orpington and as one of her first placements I can highly recommend Mrs Pointing. She has a lovely environment for dogs and with the weather being so hot, she was very careful of the times she walked them. She looked after them as if they were her own. When we collected the dogs they were very happy to see us but at the same time I could see they had been very happy in their temporary home. We would definitely use Mrs Pointing again if our closer carer was unable to look after Bess & Daisy.

Aug 17,2022At first we were apprehensive about trusting our puppy with a career within the agency, having never used them before and fear of how our puppy would react. However, home from home agency called and settled our anxiety, we met with our career and went off on our holiday fear free. We had updates throughout and coming back, our puppy almost didn't want to leave. Kathryn our career was fabulous. Throughly recommend.

Sep 04,2022Just picked my dogs up from my lovely dog sitter, all sorted through Home from Home, original sitter could not take them through I’ll health but this was not a problem as they sorted me another great placement the next day, love this company for peace of mind when you are away.
