Oct 29,2024I spoke with Tyler this morning in reference to booking a room for the weekend, to attend my Uncle's 80th birthday celebration. Tyler was very professional, cordial and knowledgeable! He smoothly processed my request, without any hesitation or hiccups. The entire encounter was literally 5 minutes/ 9 seconds. Would have been under 5 mins, had I not forgotten a question I wanted to ask and minus the 23 second wait time to connect my call!!! Definitely looking forward to our stay, if the room and amenities meet or exceed Tyler's representation of your hotel!

Oct 28,2024I booked a hotel and I had no idea it was through hotel planner. The website was the Marriott website, or so I thought. I booked room at the Marriott Downtown Jacksonville at an advertised rate of $189 for the night. After I entered my credit card information I got a confirmation telling me that my card was charged $325.45 - they added an additional $110.95 in taxes and fees! I called immediately to cancel and was told I would get a refund but would pay a 25% fee! I JUST BOOKED! This company is a fraud. I called the Marriott directly and booked the exact room for $204.30 including all taxes and fees. I’d also like to report this company, I’m just not sure where! Company said they are working on my reservation. I cancelled that and I want a full refund!
