Aug 26,2024Online booking booked me into wrong hotel in a different state. When I caught the error, agent would not correct booking, but required me to cancel the first and rebook the same hotel in the correct state. Resulting in my incurring two charges for one booking. Someone - the hotel or the agent - got the windfall.

Aug 24,2024ABSOLUTELY the WORST service I have ever experienced..confusing directions, options not clearly explained, representatives not able to speak clearly/ nor easily understood. Will do all I can to never use hotelplanner service again and express same to associates and friends regarding future travel plans. Cancellation policy/process onerous.
