Mar 04,2025I needed a room and stopped at Comfort in Tavares. The front desk agent was so friendly and efficient. She diligently looked for me a deal. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I was checked in within 10 minutes of my arriving. I will definitely stay here again.

Mar 03,2025I asked for handicap accessible room and I did not get it. They had none available because it was not stated when you completed the reservation for me. I can’t take a shower, I can use the toilet without someone helping me. Do you know how embarrassing that is…of course not otherwise you would have made sure I was covered. Mar 03,2025We are VERY disappointed with our dealing with Hotel planner !!!!! We will be very cautious never to get involved with them again !!!! Very misleading & not trustworthy. Because of a variety of misleads we are still out the $161.50 USD money that was to be returned 4 days ago. I spend 1 hour and 15 minutes trying to sort out the mess the fellow I spoke to for the original booking with. The fellow even took my number to call me back in case if cancellation. He failed to tell me until I had entered all my credit card info that it was non refundable booking. When I disputed that & said I needed changes to refundable he said it was too late to catch the booking. Then the line went dead & he never called me back !!!!!! 7 minutes later I received my confirmation of the booking I needed to change. I then called your support line. I spent an 1 hour & 15 minutes with a women who put me on hold for 3 minutes 5 times, then had to call me back because her computer “ froze”!!!!! Absolutely terrible consumer service. Mar 02,2025Was told booking at this hotel included free airport parking for 7 days with $10 per day thereafter. We found this to be false. Had to pay $10 per day, everyday. Extremely disappointing. There was no way to look for something else when you arrive at hotel late evening with an early morning flight. Hotel planner, you fail.

Mar 04,2025Horrible experience. Someone in CA set up reservations in my name and I was concerned about fraud. I was given a hard time and then they canceled the actual reservation I needed. Very frustrating.
