Nov 09,2024When offered a specific rate Griselda could sense my hesitation and promptly offered me other accommodations that were more aligned with my budget. If it had not been for Griseldas discernment I wouldn’t be able to be writing this lovely review at the comfort of a Waffle House before I arrive at the hotel for the night. Thank you Griselda!

Nov 08,2024Dealora did everything right. It helps that I had the correct information for my second attempt. The first time I tried, Antonio was not so lucky. To his credit, he tried multiple different solutions to help me complete my reservation. I just didn’t know I didn’t have the right information for him to be successful. Nov 08,2024I asked for a room on the 1st floor facing the parking lot. I got a 2nd floor room facing the back instead of the front facing the parking lot!! Not happy!! He told me no rooms available on 1st floor. Not friendly at all at the front desk!!!
