Aug 23,2024My reservation was not made for the correct days, now Disney a not help me. The hotel tells me I have to call Disney. I arrive tomorrow 8/23 with no hotel to stay at! Reservations has failed me terribly and it is my birthday on 8/24. Disappointing!

Aug 23,2024The reservation agent did not listen to what I required in reservations. Consequently, he got one of my reservations wrong and it could not be correct. I had to can the reservation and re-make it at the then current room price of $70 more than the original price. I will make my own future reservations online and not use your reservation desk again.

Aug 23,2024thought i was booking through the hotel - not this company. it added cancellation coverage with protect that i did not want and now i cant get a refund for because protect is basically a scam company in and of itself um you asked me to reach out but didn't say how!
