I had difficulty with credit card payment. Totally my fault. Finally got solved. The 2 ladies at front desk that evening were super patient. They offered other options . I didn’t want to stay at another place. All I wanted to do was get in that bed. Had an exhausting day. I know I probably panicked but they eased my anxiety. Thank you ladies. Date was 10/2024. I went online to the specific hotel's website and dialed the phone number posted below the local address. Person answered with exact name of hotel, which I assumed meant she was a front desk reservations clerk. This is how I always make reservations--by dealing directly with the hotel's desk clerk. She first asked what the best online price I saw was, which was confusing and actually DID raise an alert in my mind. Bottom line: agent impersonated the desk clerk, and at no time indicated I was speaking with a third party booking agent after I specifically stated I never work with one. Worst of all, when I asked for the AAA/AARP rate, the agent stated,"Those rates are all booked." BALD-FACED LIE, as confirmed when we checked in. Finally, the so-called receipt doesn't break out the fees between room rate, taxes, and your booking fee. Once burned, twice shy. NEVER AGAIN!

I can't believe this place called ne and said no credit card and cash only and i could cancel but of course this was last minute. Also very dirty bed spread minimal dirty rags and out dated. The property was dirty and it looked like undesirable hanging around the property. Wow smdh.
I liked the correction (from 1) to 2 adults which is what I clicked online. I ABSOLUTELY did NOT like fact that a service fee of nearly $20 is well hidden until AFTER I completed my so called REFUNDABLE RESERVATION.

My reservation had the wrong date for check in and when I called support to correct it they refused to refund my money and then rebook.The person I talked to charged me another $500 on my card and I spent over 3 hours on hold yesterday trying to talk to somebody about this to no avail, never did get someone on the phone. Avoid this company, they are absolutely terrible. The representative blamed it on the hotel and the hotel said that I was never in their system for the day I was charged over $900. These people are liars and fraudulent. I will get in touch with Wells Fargo fraud department to rectify this. No help whatsoever from Expedia. NEVER AGAIN.
