Waiting for refund. My wife booked a refundable hotel to dubai. We cancelled online as our plans changed. Contacted advisor of when I would receive my refund. Got told between 3-10 working days. Guess what waited the 10 days and still waiting for refund. Booking process was straight forward but if you have to amend or cancel booking I believe you can have an issue like us. If I don’t get anywhere with my refund I will have to make a chargeback claim through my bank. UPDATE: received full refund. Pity about all the chasing I had to do in the initial 10 days of when I should have received my refund but thanks to Melanie I received my refund within 4 days after emailing her.

Confusing instructions regarding voucher
I spoke with 2 agents and both were helpful. Benjamin found a room at the hotel I requested and Sara later found other hotels that could work better for me when I needed to add another guest.
I have received several emails a day since making the reservation. I dont need a reminder every day that I made it. I know where I will be and when.
Booked a hotel room with them and pre-paid. They made the reservation but didn't transfer the payment so we had to pay a second time at check in. I contacted them immediately to let them know, and was told I would get a refund since we had to check in and pay again. When I followed up, I got a run around for WEEKS until I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card. They then told my card company the issue was resolved with the customer (me) which it was absolutely not. They said the reservations are non refundable despite their agent telling me that I would get a refund - it's starting to appear that this company is a fraud. I would doubt the validity of the other reviews here as they billed me for a service they didn't provide and are now fighting me for the payment.
Claudia went above and beyond for me. She took so much time trying to find me the best rate and the best deal she could. She had patience that I haven't seen a customer service representative have in a very long time. It was a pleasure speaking with her and she reminded me there are still good people trying hard to spread happiness.
Booked a hotel with them by mistake and immediately cancelled and they had already charged my card. They refused to refund in full claiming 'fees' I am now out $450. Reported them to the BBB and to Hilton. Do not use this shady company! They just responded that they refunded but not all of it!
