Called back same day to change the dates to 1 date for room. Told to hold a rep. will with you. Thus of course the call was dropped. Called back again and got a rep that I hope saved me the money on the 2 day reservation changed to 1 day. She was very helpful (I hope).

When I came in it was very late in the evening, and I was very lucky to get the last room for the night but Mr Eder Salvador treated me with 1st Class World Customer Service! Even though I was his last Customer for the night. He treated me as if I was his first Customer of the day!! Now that how you take care of your Customers and the People that work for you and your "Organization"!!! First Last, and Always, with World Class Customer Service...Thank You Mr. Salvador
So far so good My only comment to make at this time is that when i made the reservation I asked for a smoking room. When I received my reservatin confirmation email on August 30, 2024 it contained all the detail, but there was no cinfirmation of a smoking room. I had to call the hotel back to confirm

Didn't get a refund for cancellation of a "refundable" deposit on a hotel. Was told I would get a voucher. Voucher didn't arrive for many days. When I tried to use the voucher for a new reservation, I was told I could not because the hotel was "pay at hotel"
The first time I called in I had a rude lady tell me there was only one room left and try to way over charge me. When I objected to to the price she hung up on me. Then I got a sweet understanding liar the second time that apologized and told me there were double queen rooms and I had one. She also informed me that they make commission on bookings so I guess that’s why she lied and pu me and my 18 year old daughter in a single queen with a sofa bed that wouldn’t even fold out because the room is small and the airconditioner is in the way. FURIOUS would be the best description I can give for my mood. This was all 585 dollars for two nights and the mattresses at this place SUCK!
Thought I called the actual hotel. Couldn’t understand the person in the phone. They charged me a fee & didn’t charge for the room prior. When I originally booked the room, they took out the full amount. So don’t know what happened?
He was friendly and very helpful first room where we wanted to stay price was outrageous but he found me one close by there for a affordable price and in a timely manner

Oct 08,2024Do not use this company - so far the experience has been atrocious. I booked a hotel in Paris but unfortunately selected the wrong date on booking - I promptly informed them and they messaged back straight away to say to cancel the booking for a full refund and rebook the correct date, which I did, and was told I'd have a refund within 10 business business days, it has now been 17 days with no refund. I contacted the hotel direct to make sure the reservation had gone through, and whilst they could see the reservation they have no records of receiving the money for it despite iy being pre paid and it stating on my bank that that is where the money has gone. I have now tried contacting Hotelplanner 5 times since 25th September but they refuse to reply (even though they were super quick to reply when they knew I'd be sending more money for another reservation!) I've now had to escalate this with my bank to try and retrieve the money so I can book directly with the hotel. Avoid at all costs or you'll be out of pocket!!!
