My husband usually books all this stuff and I had no clue what I was doing. He should get extra gold stars. I didn’t end up booking, but I would definitely call back and talk to him if I do need to book through you guys again. Thank you so much.

Oct 04,2024They tried to charge me $177 for a room saying there were very few left. I booked the same room for $104 on the IHG app. That is price gouging. There customer service rep “Angelica” said I couldn’t use my company rate and that was the best they could do. Very disappointing.

Oct 02,2024It was a little scary at first. I’m old school and don’t make many reservations. The person doesn’t make it clear who they are. In fact they really never said the whole name of the company .I pushed some number on the motel page who I was not clear to me who you were. Once we got started things went smoothly. I was able to change dates w/o any problem. I got the number from my phone which worked better than the 800 number on the text. So all and all it was successful. VG

Oct 01,2024Katherine was very helpful and patient with my inexperience doing pre-check to get a room as few times I would get a room was last minute to nap and get going again never planned one until the flood hit and we decided to visit family to reconnect and slow down and enjoy the kids as learned it can all end in a instant. I was nervous and unsure about what to do and she was patient and helpful and eased my anxiety please thank her for me.

Sep 30,2024Stay far far away from hotel planner.com. They will over charge you. I don’t mean by a few dollars I mean by a few hundred dollars. If you are directed to hotel planner .com RUN. Hang up do not use them. They couldn’t explain to me why I was over charged by $260.00 They only said they saw $77.00 in taxes and fees. What they didn’t say was that they had already charged me $125.00 plus for taxes and fees as well. Also a protection plan that cost $43.00 which they said they would refund the amount of the protection plan. The hotel room cost was $304.00. Hotel planner.com charged us $561.53. Do the math. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Sep 30,2024Have room for $100/night but charged $130/night. Charged $30/8 times. Room is not ready now it’s 4:21pm. Not ready. Man does not speak English. Lady hard to understand. Very rude. I want my money back!!!!!

Sep 30,2024Easy to get a Reservation, stay the same hotel recently for doctors appointments was very impressed with hotel, so I wanted to stay at the same one went through a different program. First time. This one is much easier to get reservation.

Sep 29,2024I called the hotel's direct number given online & these grifters hijacked my call, pretended to be the hotel's agent, were only too glad to "hold" a room for me after I gave them my debit card info, saying I wouldn't be charged until I checked in. I ended up going w/ a different hotel and roughly one hour later called back the same direct number to the first hotel so I could cancel that reservation. I was shot over to Hotel Planner again (which I did not realize, & they don't tell you you're not really dealing w the hotel) and they told me my money was non-refundable. After much discussion the woman said I would be getting a refund as soon as possible, she would not give me any more information than that. They also sent me 2 confirmation emails, in them they say there is no refund then right below that it says click here if you want to request a refund & of course it's a dead end link, goes nowhere. So they're sickly twisted and criminal, no surprise there. I finally got hold of the real hotel and they knew nothing about this and had no record of my "reservation" made thru Hotel Planner. I don't know if they work together or not. Any good reviews for this outfit can't be real, I wouldn't believe any of them. Their emails are bogus & their agents are trained to lie to any targets they're able to siphon off from legitimate hotels. There is no one in the company to complain to bcz they are not a legitimate enterprise. I'd rather not submit my confirmation number on the chance that Hotel Planner could use it to drain more money from my card. They're amoral like that.

Sep 29,2024You booked me at the wrong hotel. After I called you, I was told I would have to cancel the original and then book at the correct hotel which I did. However, you are refusing to give me a refund for the first hotel, which was your fault. I am not paying twice For the same dates and I do not want to voucher. I would never use you again.

Oct 05,2024I wasn’t given correct information regarding the room rates. They confirmed a room for me at an incorrect rate and then hung up on me. I had to go through a cancellation process in order to get this charge removed and then contact another representative to book a correct room rate. AWFUL SERVICE!
