I specifically asked Briana if she was with a third party making the reservation and she told me no. Furthermore, we are in a State of Emergency in South Carolina and I feel as if I was taken advantage of because my parents needed a hotel because there is a tree in the middle of their home.

On 1st May I booked a hotel room for two nights in September and received a confirmation email. I thought I was booking direct with the hotel but it turned out that this was not the case. When I wanted to add a second adult to the booking a week before travelling I was told that my booking had been cancelled. Who by? Not me! Fortunately I was able to book the same hotel at a cheaper price. I will certainly never use Hotelplanner again.
