Nov 08,2016It's not reassuring when you call the hotel next day only to find out that your reservation cannot be confirmed yet. Per Customer Service reply, my name will be forwarded to the hotel three days prior to actual check in. As a first time user of your website, I really felt a little panicky over it because it is unusual compared to other sites like Expedia, Travelocity, etc. If you want to be competitive with other booking sites, the reservation with the hotel should be confirmed next day by the customer. My questions were addressed within acceptable time but it will help if there is number here in the US that we can call ASAP toll free. Your contact numbers are mostly international. The voucher indicates that should there be questions during check in, call the indicated number which is again, INTERNATIONAL. You have a very good pricing system. I just hope that the process is more reassuring and contact numbers are more accessible wherever in the world we are. Thank you.

Nov 07,2016Comparatively, rate of room booked is quite competitive while other service providors are at higher rates and one most important points: others could not provide room in the same hotel at the same booking time - to my surprise. The only point that HotelTravel should adjust is to add more option(s) during booking, like breakfast attached to the room. Will recommend HotelTravel as a good choce to my friends..

Nov 07,2016I was looking for a close by hotel to the US consulate in Chennai. The site helped me compare the price and amenities and the proximity to the destination. Booking was very smooth and did not experience any problems. Within few minutes(in less than 5) I got the booking confirmation.

Nov 07,2016Nach einer Buchung für einen Mitarbeiter mit Angabe unserer Firmen-Emailadresse, erhielt der Mitarbeiter an seine private Email-Adresse ein upgrade Angebot. Nun fragen wir uns, woher kennt hoteltravel diese private Adresse, welche definitiv von keiner Seite angegeben wurde!

Nov 07,2016I had 20 minutes to decide to lock in my low rate for our hotel room and so I did, then after I paid I was worried I may have gotten scammed since the deal was good and I had not heard of hoteltravel.com before. I called the hotel the next day to make sure they had our reservation and they did. So I guess this company is a good one and I would buy from them again. Thanks for the good deal!
