Nov 14,2016sans doute pour des raisons d'économie de personnel, l'h^tel n'ouvre qu'à 16h le samedi (et sans doute aussi le dimanche) ce qui fait qu'on ne peut déposer nos bagages quand on arrive comme nous par le train à 13h. D'autre part le dimanche, quand on ne reste pas le soir, on est obligé de quitter à 11 h !!! quoi faire des bagages quand le train est à 14 h. Enfin un petit déjeuner à 9€, assez chiche, c'est un peu cher. La chambre en revanche est parfaite

Nov 14,2016Habe das erste Mal bei HotelTravel gebucht. Die Buchung war einfach, gut auch die kostenfreie Storno-Möglichkeit bis ca. 5 Tage vor Termin. Ein Stern Abzug, da im voraus bezahlt werden muss. Hier bleibt ein Restrisiko. Auch in Hinblick auf die tatsächliche Abwicklung eines evtl. Stornos muss die Bewertung erst einmal offen bleiben. Schließlich möchten wir die Buchung wahrnehmen.

Nov 14,2016i went up on tuesday and was suprised that i had no reservation..i am 72 years young and had to pay again..i thought i didnot complete the deal online...the resort was great and my visit with my friend was great!!!!

Nov 13,2016Hotel travel.com sent me a conformation email that my hotel in Montreal for 3 nights was booked and confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel they were completely sold out. The hotel in Montreal said that they never confirmed my the reservation with hotel travel.com when they received the request because they were fully book and that hoteltravel.Com should have never confirmed my reservation. After spending an hour in the lobby of the hotel I was lucky that a customer cancel last minute and they gave me their room. I find it unacceptable that I was almost stranded late at night and there is a failure in the system of confirmation. I do not trust to book with hoteltravel.Com again.

Nov 12,2016Es un hotel que esta a mano de todo en medio de la gran via enfrente del tratro del Rey Leon y cerca de varias paradas de metro. Instalaciones geniales con Spa amplias y equipadas habitaciones, muy buena limpieza y un personal que te atendera amablemente y siempre con su sonrisa en la cara. Hemos venido dos parejas y ambas repetiriamos sindudarlo.

Nov 12,2016Ich habe für eine Woche ein Hotel gebucht und per Kreditkarte gezahlt, mit der Option kostenfrei umbuchen oder stornieren zu können. Kurze Zeit später wollte ich meiner Buchung 3 Nächte im gleichen Hotel hinzubuchen, also eine Umbuchung tätigen. Mir würde jedoch immer der Preis für 10 Nächte angezeigt, sodass ich jetzt eine zweite Buchung durchführen musste.

Nov 14,2016Je suis habitué à utiliser d'autres sites de réservation d'hotel et c'est la première fois que ja paie l'hotel avant d'y aller et sans être prévenu que le montant serait débité immédiatement de mon compte. C'était bien noté que c'était possible d'annuler la réservation jusqu'à une certaine date, mais pour mois ce n'était pas claire que JE PAIERAI DES MAINTENANT LE SEJOUR !!!! Je pense que cela fera que je ne jamais utiliserai plus votre site
