Oct 15,2016数回利用しています。 以前に一度ホテル側のオーバーブッキングが前日にわかり、ホテルトラベルの担当者から連絡があり、こちらの希望を最優先にして代案を用意して頂きました。その際の担当者様の対応が的確で信頼出来、また素晴らしい部屋を用意頂きいい思い出になりましたので、その後も利用しています

Oct 15,2016I looked on the internet for the best rate and this site popped up with what I though was a good rate - only to find that it was in US$ not AUD$ - really annoying as I booked it and they charged my credit card straight away instead of costing $165 it was $215 not the best rate at all

Oct 14,2016They have taken the full amount out of my bank account when they shouldn't take a penny out of my account it was only hotel reservations!! But they haven't even confirm it with the hotel !! So I had to pay again at arrivals! Disgusted

Oct 14,2016Suite a une erreur lors de la réservation, je me suis trompé de date d'un jour sans m'en rendre compte. A partir de la France, aucun numéro pour appeler, il faut se mettre en chat avec un interlocuteur quelque part en Asie (Thaïlande ou Malaisie). Tout cas pour me voir répondre qu'il est impossible de faire quoi que ce soit et qu'il faut voir avec l’hôtel directement. Bref aucun service après vente et aucun recours possible. Il vaux mieux payer quelques euros de plus et vous rabattre sur un site de réservation européen. Tres mauvaise expérience, une nuit d’hôtel perdu. Je vous déconseille TravelHotel.

Oct 13,2016HotelTravel permette di prenotare hotel offrendo dei prezzi economici. L'unica pecca è che bisogna pagare la cifra totale nel momento stesso in cui si prenota, cosa che solitamente non avviene online.

Oct 13,2016Hice una reserva para el hotel mencionado por una habitación triple (2 adultos y 1 menor) de acuerdo a las opciones previstas en el formulario. Previo a la confirmación tuve que autorizar el debito en mi tarjeta de crédito, pero luego la confirmación llego solo por 2 adultos ya que el hotel no cuenta con habitaciones triples. Pase un mal momento porque venia del exterior y mi única opción era tomar otra habitación para el menor de 10 años o pasar la noche en habitaciones distintas. Demasiada mala experiencia para ser la primera.

Oct 13,2016The pictures on their website doesn't match the rooms!!! They are rude and don't care that they have false advertisement!!! They charge undisclosed additional international fees!!!! This has been the worst experience of my life!!!!! Never again!
