Nov 04,2016The rate I paid online is the same if I would have booked directly with Plantation Resort. The difference is that I would have gotten free breakfast if I had booked directly with the hotel. So I'm unhappy with online booking.

Nov 03,2016After the reservation was made I was told that a voucher was to be sent thru an email. I finally got the voucher by going directly to my account. Minor misunderstanding I guess.

Nov 02,2016It seemed pretty sketch at first because the price was so low and they were located in another country. I expected to not actually have a reservation when I got to the hotel. But everything worked great! I got there and they had the reservation, and everything went smoothly. And they saved me $150/night off the hotel's rate! I would definitely use them again
