Nov 07,2016Hotel Travel has not been able to resolve my confirmation status for 3 days now. I got the same answer every time wait 24 hours. This is unacceptable. Customer service people rude and not helpful.

Nov 07,2016It was cheaper than other online bookings I had seen, plus we were able to book just 1 night's accommodation when other sites had a 2-night minimum stay for the same hotel.

Nov 06,2016El hotel muy mal. Constantemente entran y salen excursiones de chinos montando.escándalo entre las 4 y las 8 de la mañana, por lo que el.descanso de los clientes resulta imposible. (hemos estado tes días y los tres pasó lo.mismo). El baño, además de pequeño, incomodo y mal planteado. La temperatura del agua cambia bruscamente cuando alguien tira de la cadena en otra habitación, pudiendo producir quemaduras. La habitación, normalilla. En cuanto a la gestión de la reserva por parte del grupo HotelTravel, todo correcto, tanto por precio como por servicio.

Nov 04,2016Mi sono trovata nel mare magnum di offerte relative ad hotel, proposte e condizioni di soggiorno di una localita' balneare straniera e turisticamente poco apprezzata dall'utente italiano. Ho trovato l'iter di prenotazione del sito facilmente comprensibile, i dettagli relativi alla prenotazione sono chiari e precisi e l'offerta che ho acquistato si e' rivelata inferiore alla stessa identica proposta che ho trovato su altri siti. Per ora quindi tutto bene. Sappiamo pero' che le problematiche sorgono quando l'ingranaggio si inceppa e si ha bisogno di parlare con un referente in carne ed ossa o vi e' la necessità di risolvere un problema pratico nel giro di poco tempo. Augurandomi di non incappare in disagi di alcun genere, mi riservo di fare un'ulteriore recensione e dare un feedback al termine del mio soggiorno in modo da completare il quadro.

Nov 04,2016Nous avons réservé notre chambre d'hôtel via HotelTravel. Malheureusement, à l'arrivée, l'hôtel ne trouvait aucune trace de notre réservation. On nous a donc donné une des dernières chambres disponibles. Celle-ci, donnant sur la rue, était très bruyante. De plus, le service client est situé en... Thaïlande ! Donc difficile à joindre en cas de problème. C'est dommage...

Nov 04,2016Abbiamo prenotato con discreto anticipo tre notti in questo albergo recensito da molti viaggiatori con commenti positivi. Trovando l'ultima camera standard disponibile accettiamo la tariffa senza prima colazione pagando immediatamente con carta di credito. Riceviamo il voucher e scopriamo: car parking a pagamento e deve essere prenotato come l'utilizzo della Spa, a pagamento e deve essere prenotata. Una maggiore chiarezza sarebbe auspicabile, nonostante la Hotel manager sia stata gentilissima nel darci tutte le spiegazioni richieste.
