Nov 10,2016Wollte für Freunde im gleichen Hotel buchen --jedoch mit 2 Übernachtungen.Konnte im Programm nicht eingegeben werden.Bin mit unserer Buchung nicht wirklich zufrieden .Bei der Buchung sollten gute englisch Kenntnisse vorhanden sein

Nov 09,2016La totalité de ma réservation remboursée 2 jours après l'annulation. The integralité of my booking was refunded 2 days after cancellation. I will definitly book again via this site. Thanks.

Nov 09,2016I booked the hotel, got a receipt but when I arrived the Hotel hadn't received booking nor the payment. When I called HotelTravel to confront them, they talked about a provider that they were working with, that they had to contact to fix it. I ended up having to pay the hotel myself because they hadn't done anything by check out. Calling their contact center, located in Thailand, ended up costing me 100 USD. I still haven't heard from them and nor have I received a refund. All in all a bad experience that reminded me to stick with the big operators like Hotels.com, Momondo , Booking etc.

Nov 09,2016I would like this site to be faster. My room has not showed on the hotel system for days. This is not reassuring on my end. It takes too long to confirm with the hotel and if I want to call customer service, it's in Thailand. Not good.
