Oct 30,2016Website listed hotel as one price but just a minute later when checking out the price jumped 15%, supposedly, as the site told me, "hotel prices are dynamic" yet the same thing happened when I tried to book another hotel on the site. I realize that taxes and resort fees are additional, but this was the base fee. False advertising.

Oct 30,2016Mi puntuación es a causa de la imposibilidad de poder cancelar una reserva con ustedes una vez hecha . Y no es que yo no sepa hacerlo , varias personas han buscado la forma de hacerlo sin resultado . De todas formas veré la manera de que esa reserva se anule.......La reserva fué hecha para el Hotel Antony Palace de Venecia , para los dias 28 , 29 y 30 de abril de 2017 , pero determinados problemas me impiden poder hacer ese viaje , sin embargo poder anular la reserva con ustedes es un problema......

Oct 30,2016El trato ha sido excelente. La habitación era muy cómoda. Tuvimos una incidencia porque era una habitación para dos adultos y un niño, y no teníamos nada para preparar su cama. Tras llamar y comentar lo ocurrido, lo solventaron rápidamente.

Oct 29,2016Ho utilizzato per la prima volta questo sito di prenotazione hotel e mi sono trovata bene è facile da usare e chiaro nella procedura. Si può anche prenotare e distire fino a 24 ore prima del viaggio ottenendo il rimborso.

Oct 31,2016Das Hotel ist sehr gut vom Flughafen Kathmandu aus erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, war auf meine Ankunft vorbereitet. Das ist Zimmer war eher einfach gehalten, aber sauber und verfügte über den Basisbedarf. Das Frühstücksbüffet war überschaubar, aber gut und lecker. Da der Frühstücksraum sich im 7. Stockwerk befindet, genießt man dort eine gute Sicht über die nähere Umgebung. Ich bin nur eine Nacht geblieben, am nächsten Morgen nach Bhutan weitergeflogen.
