Oct 26,2016Zunächst war ich ja etwas skeptisch, da mein gewähltes Hotel auf allen anderen (gängigen) Plattformen und auf der eigenen Homepage selbst ausgebucht war. Darüber hinaus liegt der Hauptsitz von HotelTravel irgendwo in Asien und ich musste per Kreditkarte in Vorleistung gehen. Die Reservierung selber lief schnell und reibungslos und beim Check-in im Hotel lief auch alles glatt. Mein Name war vorgemerkt, die Reservierung war also wirklich valide. Dann einfach den ausgedruckten Voucher abgegeben und fertig. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nach der Erfahrung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Oct 26,2016reasonably easy to purchase the hotel stay wanted. It would be good to get the actual hotel/service apartment Booking Reference number as well because this number will be recognised by the property upon check in.

Oct 25,2016I booked an hotel through the website. It clearly stated that the price was all inclusive and that taxes / gratuities were also included. When the voucher came through, it said that there was no meal plan included. After phoning the company they agreed to a refund but they had already taken payment from my credit card and I now have to wait for a month to get the rebate. Not impressed. I have now had a reply from Hoteltravel.com saying AI was not included in the offer. This is the script which I copied from their site and which persuaded me to book with them. Does this say it is all inclusive or does it not???

Oct 25,2016First, Railay is the perfect destination for so many reasons. We saw 20-30 monkeys every day for the 5 days of our stay. You can do some rock climbing, snorkeling, island touring, explore lagoons, enjoy the beach, etc. Also, Railay is very small and full of similar hotels. Princess offers a perfect service, great location (right beside the pier), luxurious rooms, spa, pools, privacy and lots of services. This for really cheap compared to the neighbors for probably the same experience and comfort. Would recommend and go back anytime.

Oct 25,2016Made booking on 20th Oct & Cancel on 21st Oct. Up to date didn't receive refund. Checked with the bank will receive within 16-17 maximum 30 working days!!!!!!!!! Rubbish. Depending on how fast is the merchant!!! NOT going to book with HotelTravel.com anymire
