Oct 25,2016No he tenido ningun poblema, reservar, pagar y disfrutar del hotel. La calidad del servicio se demuestra realmente, cuando hay algun problema, no ha sido mi caso, les doy 4 estrellas solamente, pues considero que no tengo informacion completa del servicio para dar las 5.

Oct 25,2016The hotel was very clean but a bit noisy. We were by the family zone area. Can hear kids screaming outside of our room. But surroundings and front desk very nice customer service. Close to everything casino, restaurant And downtown

Oct 25,2016I booked a hotel for my parents, and they had to wait for more than an hour at the reception as the people at the reception won't let my parents in. They said they have not received money from your website, I had to call your tech support, she had difficulty with English to begin with, when I explained she said, she would resolve the issue by 2:00 PM. I am never going to book any other hotel using your site neither I am going to refer it to someone.

Oct 24,2016Zunächst war ich etwas skeptisch, da es sich um einen höherwertigen Aufenthalt handelte und ich zuvor noch nicht mit Hoteltravel.com gebucht hatte. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, ich buche jederzeit gerne wieder dort.

Oct 24,2016フロントの方も親切で、丁寧に細かな説明をしていただきとても感じがよかった。 Breakfastも適度な種類があり、特にパンは最高でした。スタッフの方も親切で気軽に声をかけられる雰囲気で接していただき、品格とフレンドリーを持ち合わせたホテルでとても満足しております。Hamburgであれば一押しで知り合いに是非進めたいと思います。 とにかく、交通の便がよく、空港に着いたら直ぐチェックイン、市内へも電車で簡単、帰りも標準で12:00までステイできる気配りは嬉しいです。
