Oct 23,2016i-Drive 'Resorts & Suites' = representing that place is a great example of how to destroy your reputation. Service deplorable, place = dirty & disgusting, $100 per night + surprises Last 15 Oct 16 I had an emergency and I landed in Orlando, looking desperately where to spend the night. After reserving online and arriving at 2 am, I face myself with a queue of people that had already paid like myself, while in the q, some already guess showed photos of his assigned room of beds without sheets. I was tired but then I was very nervous, after an hour in the q, it was my turn to get my key to find out that I have to leave a $69.57 (I got back at the end) deposit and $9 in taxes (compulsory). What can you do? I needed to rest, i was exhausted, so I gave my card, if you pay with cash the 'hotel' give you back a CHEQUE!!! (is their policy) so tough if you dio not have a bank account there. The place: It is in a terrible state, understaffed and the room was dirty, the floor was not hoovered, the shower (oh dear!!!), toilet and fridge had black mold all over, I could go on and on and on. The breakfast (lets not go there) If you are planing to visit Orlando, please do yourself a big favor, rent a property by AirB&B, or do your research, otherwise you will end with a nasty expensive and traumatic surprise. For the sake of your metal health and your family's do not drag your kids to places like this one. To HotelTravel: please research your properties as your reputation is important.

Oct 23,2016Website was not user friendly. I had to try multiple times to book a room at the hotel of my choice. The website kept taking me to other hotels. I knew which hotel I wanted to book. I almost gave up and used another website.

Oct 22,2016He reservado como empresa y a la hora de solicitar factura, me dicen que al estar en un país lejano, que no la hacen con IVA como es obligatorio en España. Cobrar, me han cobrado desde España, pero emitir factura nada. No quiero ni pensar si no hacen factura, cómo atenderán una incidencia....
