Oct 28,2016I booked a hotel room for my daughter in St Augustine FL. I had no issues with the reservation or the stay however I was a little concerned when I realized that the only customer service number that I could call was a number outside of the US. It wasn't an issue because I didn't need to call. Everything worked out just fine.

Oct 28,2016I am satisfied about booking hotel. didn't have any problem. I wrote to hotel travel on fb and they answered me back and also I wrote to the hotel and they said that is payed trough hotel travel. Thank you again

Oct 28,2016Used them last year, with no issues at all come check-in time, prices were the same and no unexpected charges. Booked again this year through the website, but it kicked me out of their website over and over again. I also had trouble going back in and finding the same hotels I had just looked at. I booked it after numerous attempts, and have been charged, so I'm hoping it was just some technical problems.

Oct 28,2016Prenotazione effettuata online regolarmente. Verifica il giorno prima dell'arrivo della disponibilità della camera con l'ìAlbergo. Il giorno dell'arrivo in Albergo si scopre che la stanza non c'è perchè l'agenzia di appoggio ha mandato in overbooking. Quindi trasferimento in altro Hotel di pari categoria. Cose che possono succedere, ma a Roma trovi facilmente come rimediare, altrove no. Quindi giudizio da rivalutare. Risposta a Hotel Travel, Ringrazio per la risposta di chiarimento e non esiterò a contattarvi qualora fosse necessario; opportuno in tal senso predisporre un numero di assistenza locale, quello fornito era della Thailandia. Oct 28,2016Buchung hat prima geklappt. ABER bisher habe ich keine Rechnung mit Umsatzsteuer erhalten. Unsere Buchhaltung und das Finanzamt werden die Rechnung nicht akzeptieren. Der HotelTravel-Support gab eine erste Rückmeldung, dass der Firmensitz in Malaysia sei und daher keine Rechnung mit Umsatzsteuersatz erstellt werden müsste. Was hilft es da, wenn man es besser weiß, hab aber keine Handhabe. Meine zweite Rückfrage an den Support vor 6 Tagen blieb bis heute unbeantwortet :-( Die Antwort zeigt leider, dass HotelTravel keinen Plan dazu hat. Dabei muss in den anderen 9 Länder doch ebenfalls eine Umsatzsteuer gezahlt werden. Für unser Unternehmen bleibt dann nur noch eine Möglichkeit: Wir müssen die Umsatzsteuer aus eigener Tasche zahlen! :-(

Oct 28,2016Elegí Hoteltravel porque era la oferta más económica con diferencia en la elección del hotel que deseaba en mi viaje. No he tenido ningún problema a la hora de hacer la reserva ni por supuesto en el mismo hotel. Recomendaría a la web que enviase un mensaje unos días antes del viaje al cliente para que éste viajara tranquilo y supiera que no hay ninguna pega cuándo se presente en el hotel. Gracias.
