Oct 16,2023I purchased a large pop up gazebo earlier this year. I used it a number of time this summer and found damage to parts of the roof due to contact with the frame. I reported this to House of Tents who requested photos of the damage. I forwarded these and was contacted and told a new roof was being dispatched to me. There was no argument, they just replaced the roof. From first contact with them to receipt of new roof was about a week. You cannot fault this service. Thanks House of Tents.

Oct 12,2023Lead times for delivery (as stated on website) misleading. Stated 2-3 days, but took approx 3 weeks to be delivered from Germany. No EU Customs fees though - all included in listed price. Once in the UK, the courier service were in contact and the package delivered within 24 hours. Courier at point of delivery was wonderful.

Oct 08,2023Phoned the helpline to get more details on a marquee and got genuine advice rather than a hard sell, which was refreshing. The agent guided me through ordering on the website. Lots of emails about tracking the parcels and the marquee arrived bang on time, safe and sound. Have recommended to friends and relatives who have purchased 3 marquees, maybe I should get a commission!

Oct 06,2023Firstly I should like to compliment the Service Support Manager - Julian Scriba, for his first class service and complete professionalism. He is a true asset to your company. Secondly I am very satisfied with the marquee which we purchased - excellent quality! However, there are 2 points which I feel you need to address…. Firstly the overall packaging of the product needs to be improved as in the the first delivery a number of poles were badly damaged. However, this was completely resolved by your Service Support Manager, Julian Scriba, who sent out replacement poles - many thanks.This issue could be down to the company delivering the parcels - UPS. Secondly, the various components did not arrive at the same time or indeed the same date as intimated by UPS. Had the handling of the product been more efficient I would not hesitate to award your company 5 stars.

Oct 05,2023We have awarded 1 star as there is no option to award no stars. We purchased a "robust" marquee costing £2,090. We selected one with a ground frame for rigidity, extra thick tarpaulin/ plastic and purchased extra straps for additional strength. This was professionally erected in our walled garden. Within a few days it collapsed and it transpired that every leg of the frame had collapsed at exactly the same point, which I maintain indicates either a design or a manufacturing fault. The Company does not agree and offered discount on replacement parts. The frame is damaged beyond repair so that was not a solution. We are now pursuing a full refund.
