Just a quick follow up to my last review, I have again today called and spoke to Jacob and he as again helped guide me to providing a stronger tent buy considering the longevity and buying ground poles that will make the tent a lot more sturdy, given I am using it for kids event at Xmas then I am concerned about the time of year and these ground poles will help. Many thanks again Jacob, I will review in the future when I have the tent installed. Cheers James

I purchased a 3 x 6M marquee for the House of Tents. The quality, construct and ease of use of the marquee is outstanding. I was assisted in my choice by Jacob in their sales department who was professional and informative.

After a few issues with my products I was contacted by House of Tents. I received great customer service from an agent called Hennings, He was absolutely outstanding throughout this process. He sorted my roof issues with a replacement and provided me with some great advice with also arranging fast delivery to kick start my business again. He made this process really easy and resolved this in a timely manner. Just alone I would rate this gent very highly and I would like to thank him for his advice and support.

Ordered a 3x3 Gazebo, Was able to set up by myself but it would be easier if you have a second person. Had an issue with wind, Gazebo lifted over the wall and damaged two of the poles. Contacted customer service and they were happy enough to replace the damaged poles. I’ll also purchase weights to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

This is an exceptional company with tremendous aftersales. My marquee was delivered within a few days...great quality product, easy to erect, easy to take down. Through my own fault entirely I damaged a part which the company replaced free of charge... I would highly recommend this company....it was cheaper to buy the marquee from them rather than hire it locally!!!

One of the crossbars of our tent broke during a high wind storm. House of tents customer service was excellent, they were very attentive and responsive in sending me a replacement part. We really like our tent/gazebo it works well and easy to setup.

Customer service from Houseoftents is the best I have ever experienced from any company. Period. At 12 noon the day before a big event that needed the 10m x 5m marquee we bought from Houseoftents, we discovered that one of four packages had not been delivered by the courier (fault of the courier, not Houseoftents). I called Houseoftents without much expectation that anything could be done at such short notice (and the following day was a Saturday). But I was mistaken. Customer service arranged for an express overnight delivery of the missing package (at no extra cost to me), and the package was with me at 09:30 on the Saturday morning!!! (Thank you so much Julian!) We quickly erected the marquee and it was ready for when the first guests arrived at 12 noon. Let me just add that I would award more than 5 stars if I possibly could ...

Marquee I bought was good quality but had an issue with stitching g on one of the window panels. I reported this and received a replacement panel within three days. Excellent service.
