It was also great value for money and very robust. The whole team at House of Tents were great from the first point of order right through to post sale where Amira was especially helpful. Sep 10,2023I ordered a small 3x4m Marque Pro Ultra, excellent communications throughout and delivered within the specified time frame. I discovered that I had 10 less of an item that I was supposed to have so contacted them on the Saturday via email, got a reply Sunday and received 25 of the said items missing in the post Tuesday! Very professional throughout both in sales and support. Marque is very nice too and of a much stronger build than others I have looked at from other companies.

Sep 09,2023Purchased the 4x8m marquee. After marquee breaking the company kindly replaced the poles for a small charge allowing us to use this marquee again. Happy with the service received and an excellent marquee which we have so far had one great party out of, hopefully can use this more in the future with the new poles.

Sep 08,2023Purchased a gazebo from House of Tents. All parts of the frame are rusty, within 3 months of purchase. Company are refusing to issue a refund and just keep asking for the reference numbers of each part of the frame so they can replace. I do not want replacements as the product quality is extremely poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - the customer service is awful and the product not fit for purpose. Re the comments below from House of Tents, I have now received a reply from them advising they are unable to,offer a refund and advising that I clean the rust off the frame. DO NOT USE THIE COMPANY.

Sep 07,2023We had this Gazebo bought for us for our functions, and can honestly say it was a dream. We have tried other Gazebos, but this pop up 6x3 was so sturdy and very easy to put up if you follow instructions.

Sep 07,2023Wonderful customer service! It’s rare these days you get exceptional service and house of tents has gone top of my list! We were thrilled with the gazebo we purchased however bad luck meant we had a dented leg and a hole in one of the curtains. Without any hesitation they replaced the damaged parts swiftly and with ease. I would always buy from them again!

He was very helpful and of a professional and friendly manner answering my questions and making the service process and experience using this company very pleasant and easy, and with no quibble. Item has been confirmed that its due to arrive tomorrow (thurs)! Would highly recommend using this company!
