They were so helpful and helped put my mind at ease that there was a solution. They were helpful on the phone and via email and so quick to respond. Would highly recommend them for their service plus the quality of their marquees is also excellent.

Dec 05,2023I ordered an “economy” garage that arrived very quickly however the box with the heavy bits was completely smashed and a bracket missing. Putting the frame together was as per the instructions. On putting up the roof section and inserting the horizontal poles into their respective “ pouches” these pouches were not properly attached to the main section. The roof section has been replaced 3 times, I’ve given up now. The service has been excellent but let down by a poor product
