Jan 03,2024We bought a 5m X 8m tent for our party at home. (After buying a couple from Amazon a few months ago,they were so flimsy!) This tent is really good quality, my husband is very impressed 😁. The boxes came in 4 altogether and I could carry them they weren't too heavy for me which is always a bonus! We found a pole that had no holes in and House of Tents posted one out that day. Great customer service and great quality, thank you!

Dec 30,2023Going through the purchase process with House of Tents was straightforward and the back up service was good when I need a replacement pole due to one being the wrong length. The issue I have is with the design/robustness of the product. On the plus side, the PVC 500 seems tough, flexible enough and definitely waterproof. On the 'needs development' side, the tent has been up less than 2mths and at least 2 of the roof bars are failing (metal folded and crimped where they meet the apex fitting). I think the Ratchet Strap bracing method is not fit for purpose on this particular model as the lateral frame hoops sit proud of the longitudinal bars and so slip off where they would be the most use and rest on the longitudinal bars where any force would cause these bars to bend due to the extra mechanical advantage in that position.

Dec 11,2023Poor quality frames to the item,4x4 gazebo,the frame legs are too long but also extremely weak on the pivot points which are tight,used mine 3 times and 5 out of 8 legs buckled and then snapped altogether,given a 3 star only because aftersales were helpful and didn't quibble about sending replacements but I couldn't get my money back and return it which I'd be more happy with as I have no confidence in it now so just sat there as backup to my original supplier one, I stupidly thought I'd give someone else a go wish I hadn't 🙄

Dec 07,2023we recently bought a tent from this company, a 5m by 8m industrial tent. upon recieving the tent we immediatly contacted them for a warranty document for safe keeping in case of the need to claim as we have previously had issues with warranty claims through seperate companies. the tent reamined still unopened in its original packing. they took so long to reply we decided to return the tent, as we were still within the returns period. upon requesting a cancellation/returns we were immediatly contacted stating that we are not allowed a refund due to the invoice being to a company. the package has been unopened and is within the period for returns but they refused as apparantly in some very small print hidden somewhere it states if you invoice as a company you will have NO RIGHTS. so on their website where they state their warranty and returns policy. they are lying. you arent allowed a refund especially if the invoice is addressed to a company. We will be escalating this complaint untill we are given a refund.

Jan 12,2024DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Absolutely appalling Quality and Customer service!!! I bought a large commercial storage tent (12m x 6m) from these crooks. when I came to assemble it the instructions were incredibly vague and unhelpful so I had to figure it out mostly myself. there were several parts missing including the MAIN roof tarpaulin!! and then to add to it I then realized they had sent me Quantity 2 - 6mx4m tents to make up the same size as my order (12m x 4m)!! at no point did they make me aware of this until after the purchase!! When I made contact with them they couldn't care less about my stock which I have now had to throw out due to water damage!! not once have they shown any empathy towards that!! over £3000 worth of stock!!.... they continued to ignore my emails! and still haven't sent out the missing parts, one part being the main tarpaulin!! this is over 5 weeks ago!! so I basically have a very poorly manufactured frame in my yard which is useful for NOTHING!!! they refuse to give me a refund and also seem to be doing nothing about the missing parts. I am aware this was a budget option however I was very disgusted with the quality of the components, they are a very thin metal which isn't strong at all, it doesn't go together well at all and also RUSTS straight away. their level of disrespect towards their customers is horrendous!! very unhelpful and have a rubbish product. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!
