Aug 09,2023Gazebo arrived quickly the product was of very good quality and easy to assemble. We had a problem with the cover. The customer services were excellent and a replacement was sent out very quickly. I will have no worries about dealing with the company again.

Aug 09,2023Problem with the roof collecting rainwater and the marquee sides not aligning with the poles. House of tents agreed to send me replacement parts, not yet been able to test the new parts but happy with their after sales support and willingness to put things right.

Aug 08,2023We thought the 5 by 10 Marquee was superb. It was a perfect tent for dancing and for hosting a party of close to one hundred people. It was a great space and can provide amazing atmosphere late in the evening as well as during the day, so I would thoroughly recommend for having summer parties in. It is also very easy to put up and take down with simple instructions and good quality materials. Houseoftents also have genuine and extremely helpful customer service so I would really recommend this company if one wants to buy a Marquee for this sort of thing.

Aug 08,2023Very pleased with my 3x6 metre gazebo, the delivery was reasonably prompt and although we had an issue with one box, this was resolved quickly, and they answered the phone, which is getting more and more rare. The quality of the gazebo is excellent for the price, and I’m confident that it will perform really well whatever the weather. Easy enough to assemble, but does take awhile on the first attempt, but I’m sure this will improve as we get more use to it. The instructions are bit sparse, so a bit of trial and error, but that was ok. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Aug 07,2023I haven’t received my order and I have emailed 3 times about my order. They gave me a proof of delivery without a person I recognise and I’m out of pocket. I believe what this company do is brilliant but my order has gone very wrong and it’s cost a small fortune.

Aug 06,2023Gazebo received was not of the quality described. No reinforcements at the Contact points between frame and tarpaulin down the sides "with hard-wearing protective pads" as claimed. No response to 2 emails sent to Service department. 30.8.23 - 4 weeks later. Was asked to send photos of faulty canopy, we did, no reply, sent chaser - no reply. Then requested Return details. No reply. Now having to contact Trading Standards. Appalling Service.

Aug 06,2023Fantastic quality of tent, good instructions, only issue was I did not receive a call/txt to say delivery was due, or delivered. Normally not a problem, but for parcels this size, should be part of the delivery process.

Jul 31,2023Waited in 3 days for it to be delivered and when it arrived packages looked like they had been kicked all the way from Germany. Parts likely to be damaged and not sure if all there as could have fallen out in transit. Better packaging required and better delivery company that delivers first time not 3rd time AND could be responsible for some of the damage.

I purchased an 8x4m marquee that cost me £850 only to find that there was 3 poles missing when I went to put it up.We had bought the marquee for our daughters 21st party but never got to use it because of the missing poles.I emailed house of tents and got an automated response,emailed another 3 times about the missing parts with no reply,rang them got put on hold and call was ended by them.I understand that parts are sometimes missing,it wasn’t that that annoyed me it was the total lack of customer support by this cowboy company.Still no parts and no reply from them over 2 weeks later,I may as well of thrown £850 away.Avoid at all costs
