It took less than 2 weeks from quotation to receiving the completed order. The doors were of very good quality and care was taken with the packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. The doors were later installed without any issue. I would certainly recommend House of Windows.

Sep 06,2018Made the mistake of not checking properly on delivery as had sickness bug on day but when I finally got round to fitting them noticed crack in one pain of glass!when I contacted them far as they were concerned tough wasn’t very helpful just told to buy another one from local fitter so got nice new frame with cracked window and in need of some more windows soon but won’t use again these again or recommend

Sep 05,2018Ordered 5 windows, a composite from door and a French door, all black outside and white with silver handles inside. The quality of the windows are brilliant and for the price just can't be beaten. Weren't too difficult to install and the delivery was speedy with a short lead time. Had great communication with them from the start. I believe they say the black is a black brown but honestly it looks pretty much matt. Would definitely order from them again!

Sep 05,2018Great windows , great communication, great on time delivery. Really good quality windows easy to fit with the optional fitting kit, they have made the dining room so much quieter than the old ones and I guess they will be warmer come the winter.
