Ordered in 2017. All went smoothly. Delivery on time. Was missing a few bridging packers but they were dispatched. The UPVC windows they supplied (Liniar) appear to be good quality. Good soundproofing too. Happy with their use so far. Quick to respond to communications. I would recommend them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AS ALL COSTS ! if you would give your 5 year old kid some plastics he would build a better window than this company, i never saw such a low level on finish, totally shocked, had to cancel the builder and will need to order elsewhere, complete rubbish company, didnt refund me or compensated, promised call backs and never called, do your self a favor and use some other company, even if it costs some more. Shame i cannot attach the pictures of the window here !

Ordered 2 windows on Sunday 29th April and was expecting a 2 to 3 week wait. I had a phonecall on Monday 30th April to confirm and check the order, which i'm glad they did as i'd missed out an air vent. I then had them delivered on Saturday 5th May and fitted them myself the following day. All sorted within 1 week, very pleased.

Ordering my windows was very easy and House of Windows phone me to confirm the details, then about 10 days later they phoned me to let me know the delivery day & time. The delivery was the day they said and the time they said this is excellent service about 15 days from order to delivery & the windows are great would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hi My experience is still on-going as im writing but please be advised do not but a door from them as they outsource these from door stop international (please look them up and the reviews they say all what you need to know). Initially house of windows are great in taking your money and replying to order enquiries however the delivery date for the door promised failed and we had booked a tradesman to stand around and wait, I chased on the day of delivery which I had previously called specifically to confirm prior to arrival and was told the delivery was on route today and told to just wait, guess what!?! the door hadn't even been made and was never going to arrive on the agreed date so once they made a door a few working days later it arrived scratched at top and bottom and with a large dent on the frame making it unusable, we are waiting to hear a new delivery date and will have to pay out for door to be fitted and other associated costs.. at this point I have been offered a £70 final compensation(for context my total spend was over £4k with them)and still don't have a door or a confirmed delivery date. The team are very quick at replying to basic questions but when there is a problem they stop returning calls and you have to continually chase them by any means for any response, I understand problems arise but I judge companies on how they deal with them. In summary they should stick to selling the windows they actually make and stop outsourcing doors to unreliable companies (see door stop international reviews on here)

Window delivered a few weeks ago but just fitted last Saturday. Unfortunately the glass has several scratches but proving it was like that on delivery is nigh on impossible due to the time between delivery and fitting.

Very pleased with the door for our porch. Only given three stars as we were sent an incorrect order and subsequently had to cancel our builders who had been booked in to fit it, wait 10 working days for correct pieces to be received and then re book a builder - overall this left us without a secure, working front door for an additional month! That being said, service was good, and happy with quality of door and value for money.
