Once ordered, we received a phone call from the company on the same day confirming order, window measurements and design. Extremely friendly staff who guided us through the process. Window arrived 5 days later which was much quicker than I expected. Window was securely and safely packaged and has been installed and looks great. Excellent quality and would highly recommend House of Windows.

Fitting it was easy - the online instructions were helpful. Quality seems very good. When I replace some of my other windows (as I certainly will over time) I will certainly go to House of Windows first.
