Jul 09,2021If you are having extreme difficulties with repairs, as I was, this is the right place to get help. Outstanding response: quick and clearheaded. I was so upset and confused. I was also being intimidated and treated with contempt by Council Repairs.This helped me to push back on that and repairs are now being taken care of. The case is not yet finalised but so far things have been great. Especially with Liam who has been exceptional . Can’t fault a thing so far 👍🏽

Aug 26,2021Housing disrepair helpline was amazing they put me in touch with good solicitor which sorted out citizen and made them repair all the damage to my flat that they neglected for 15 months they also helped get me some compensation for my suffering, Liam was polite, friendly and helpful, I can't thank them enough I'm over joyed with the result and would recommend to anyone having housing disrepair difficulties with their landlord 👌🏻💯✌🏻🌟
