If memory serves me correctly this company was useless. They did not turn up for the scheduled time. After an inspection I did not hear anything back from them. I called them a month later and I was told that I had no case. I used another company who actually did turn up on time/date and turns out I did have a case. My recommendation, do not bother!
Absolutely incredible help and provided the professionalism required to get the results needed to fulfill my desires. Mould is a disgusting thing to deal with and it causes health issues. Housing associations disregard us and it feels like the right help fights for us. Thank you
London number calls +442081494931 multiple times claiming to be a company called Housing Disrepair Helpline based out of London. London based call center employees are abrasive and clearly do not get trained in how to handle questions from customers about how they get your details. After reading various comments below I asked to speak to the illusive 'Will' and was told that he was not in the office that day (I could call back tomorrow). I suspect they buy our data from third party sites like youtube. I live in Greece and have never lived in London so there is zero chance I consciously consented to giving a London Housing Disrepair Helpline my details but this is not the first Housing Disrepair call I have received in the last month from separate companies who must either share information or buy information from the same third party (previous company confirmed that they receive their information from youtube). I suspect it would be a waste of time to get your data removed from their database as another similarly annoying company will pop up in a month or so with the same MO. Whilst what HDH do may be legal, it is certainly not 'clean' from a moral perspective and at best highly irritating. Now I suppose all that is left to do is to sit back and wait for the comment below telling me that I was victim of an Indian scam so I can come with receipts of employee names and verify that this is indeed the correct London based company I am reviewing. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO WILL: Hi Will, I have already spoken with your collegue Graham and he informed me that it appears my information was sent to you via e-mail and that ' you do sometimes get false e-mail forms sent to you '. I will therefore not accept your claim that I asked you to call me as this is categorically not true (see above that I have never even lived in London and also your statement totally contradicts Graham's investigation which was conducted whilst I was on the phone to him). I would also just add that aside from Graham who was polite, your other customer service representatives have been totally rude and given false names upon request, which I assume is actually illegal...
Why are they calling me? Where do they get thier information from? Why call from a mobile number? Why do thier staff hang up the phone when you ask them the questions above? Have blocked so many numbers from this company. The caller was English.

If I could give 0 I would ! I see this company have put a couple of different addresses in London ( which screams scammers ) They’ve also lied about them not cold calling ! This company do nothing but harass me constantly! 5-10 times a week for 3 years nearly I’ve been telling these there’s no problems and to delete my number off their systems !!! They’ve said in replies on here that they’re not the company and stated to someone that they’re speaking about housing Disrepairs team … but they’re the disrepair helpline .. Disgusting. Cold calling. When you challenge them they just put the phone down. I am reporting to ICO as disgusting company. If you want their details they are actually called SA Assistance Ltd Companies House Number 12760648. They say they are London based but company not registered there. It is obvious they are from Pakistan as owner is Pakistan. Don't involve yourself with these people. I am from a legal background and I will do all that I can to stop this as totally unacceptable.
Few months back on instagram which I don’t trust anymore,the housing disrepair claim(many different ones) had adverts, they sent a so called surveyor from Versus solicitors! They invade the privavy of tenant took photos of everywhere, they got my signature& all details and after 10 days they said they can’t help& their phone numbers were disconnected!!! These scammers use the vulnerability of dismayed tenants only to be scammers& believe they do identity thefts😳🤨even if one says they are genuine team, we can’t trust them. Fraudesters nowadays use every Media site to SCAM poor tenants with council housing long time problems. Kensington council housing are the worst one when they are the richest borough in London,God knows how Tory MP and so called North Kensington housing management have been using the budget and rents paid by tenants?!! No good ever came from council social housing,thats the unfortunate reason not knowingly, we go to the scammers in hope they would do right which hasn’t happened.
They wouldn't tell me where they go my phone number. Would not take no for answer when I said I would never give them business. Continued to call me try to to sign me up. When I finally convinced them that I would not be using them called me a m*******f***k**r
I am getting completely hacked off with constant phone calls (4-9 a week) from this company. A complete con of a company and they should be stopped. Repeatedly requested to be removed from there phone list and they have been told i will be reporting them, They keep telling me it is a different department all the time. Be very careful on speaking to these as they will keep chewing at you, like a dog with a bone.
Scam calling all the time lie after lie. Just shows what sort of lawyers who deal with these sort of people. 4 to 4 calls a week.
These wankerz call me 4 - 5 times a week asking me to put in a claim against the council. Proper scummy people they use for the calls, I’ve asked them at least 10 times to delete my number but they refuse, after blocking their landline I now get calls from 07 numbers are you taking the p!ss? Don’t give these lot your information you will 100% regret it. Also look at how the wasteman owner replies to all the negative reviews acting like it’s not his business making the calls, how the fuc do all these scammers suddenly have my number after giving it to you? Bellend.
I am being hammered by cold callers saying they are from this company, from multiple numbers in multiple location (Bolton, London etc) I researched it on the internet and found this thread, I have called and spoken to the correct company and given details to them about the numbers that I am being called from. the lady on the end of the phone was polite and professional and very interested to get the numbers from me. Before writing bad reviews about the cold calling (I cannot answer for what the company actually does as I dont use them as I am not a tenant) I suggest people reach out to Will on the number 0800 612 4690 and report the numbers too them. They will then take it up with the relevant official companies. Will also called me back to ensure that I was aware of what they are doing with these callers and to thank me for calling them and providing the numbers that call me.
I had high hopes when you contacted me about my disrepair claim, what a gullible fool I was. 3 years later, little progress has been made by the solicitor they RECOMMENDED. The solicitor in question didn’t want to respond to emails, didn’t provide any form of plan/structure/process despite multiple requests. I had to email and email to get the simplest of answers. After suffering with poor(recommended) representation for years, I thought I’d go back to these guys for help. What a waste of time that was. Despite showing recent photos and videos of the existing mould, I apparently don’t have a claim to answer, as he couldn’t see any mould!! I must’ve all of a sudden lost my ability to recognise mould with my own eyes! What I have learnt is that this company only appear to want to keep their solicitor friends happy, who in turn, want to keep the opposing solicitors happy. The problem with that is the solicitors they recommended only wanted to please the opposing solicitors(recommending accepting low offers, not following up missed court deadlines, not acting particularly bothered by the defendants failure to comply etc), not myself, the claimant, living in a mouldy property with young children!

I’ve blocked at least 15 different numbers from this company. A couple of days later they call you on a new one. No other company does that. Do not trust them at all. Kemp House 160 City Road London, is the address in the WhatsApp information section, 07950 862285 is just one of the numbers that they use.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Oct 07,2024A lot of hassle for no solution in my option. Like me you will probably get around £70 in compensation for putting up with damp for over 12 years. Work has been carried out now to a poor standard after calling the builders back numerous times. I’m hopeful the damp will not return but already sating to see it reappear.
