We bought a used Peugeot 308 from Howards in Taunton. Very professional service from Greg Wells with good, honest advice and plenty of time to do a proper test drive. The car is exactly what we wanted and the Peugeot's mpg is actually better than the Ford Focus Ecoboost that we part exchanged!

Excellent experience in buying a new car. The salesman Bradley Bailey showed excellent customer service skills and an in depth knowledge of the product. He made the whole process easy and straightforward, even some of the more tedious aspects of the sale. He is a credit and a worthy asset to Howards.
Couldn't have been a smoother process if i tried. Bought a second-hand Peugeot 208 from the Taunton branch, and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Really supportive in helping me find what I needed, and were thorough in their explanation of the various steps of compliance required. My 2008 had its first service last week and the tyre pressure warning light was on when it went into the garage. My wife picked the car up on completion of the service and the light was still on but she was in a rush and didn't say anything to the garage. I called the garage today and they told me that because my car is a lease car and is on a maintenance contract, it is not their responsibility to check tyre pressures and that I should go to Kwik Fit. Unbelievably awful service. I have just been contacted by Josh from Howards who was most apologetic for what happened and has kindly offered to carry out a full valet on my car which I have accepted. Many thanks to Howards for admitting their mistake and more importantly offering to.put it right.
Just collected my new C3 from Howard’s Citroen Weston super mare Edward Tobin the sales executive was brilliant, no pressure sales, very efficient, all went perfectly from Test drive to collection Would definitely recommend them
I contacted Howards on 25th Feb and received an acknowledgement email. I replied asking to be put in touch with the service department (Nissan WsM) but I've heard nothing. I replied again to the email and I've heard nothing. The online contact forms don't work - I fill in the fields and click 'submit' and nothing happens despite trying different browsers and devices.

The attitude, helpfulness, patience of Charlie Herbert was exemplary both during our telephone discussions and when we arrived at the MG Taunton showroom. His professionalism continued after purchasing the MG4 in that my email questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, nothing was too much trouble. Charlie will definitely be the first person to contact for our next purchase!
Had a recall for my Hyundai IX 35 and was booked in at 08.30. Arrived on time and was looked after in exemplary fashion as soon as I arrived. The staff were very informative, offered me coffee in the very comfortable waiting area. Everything was spotlessly clean, the seating area and toilets. When the work was competed was told exactly what had been done even down to cleaning the car free of charge, nice touch. Would have no problems recommending their services.
