Oct 27,2023Only gave it one star because I had to give a star, Awful customer service, I went in to look at the cars , felt really pressured, kept on about certain cars that I wasn’t interested in. When I was just at the car I wanted he was pushing towards another car took ages going in and out of another office I was sat around for an hour so I decided to leave.. I’d rather take my business to carbase or Drive in future! Also know someone who worked there who they treated disgracefully. I visited the Hyundai branch AVOID!!!!

Oct 23,2023Abysmal. My car was recovered from roadside and taken to Howards Kia 5 weeks ago with water damage, luckily my cam belt was intact according to the recovery specialists. Since it was delivered to Howards in Taunton I have had no update whatsoever and each time I call I either get cut off, promised a call back, or told that the servicing "guy is all on his own today" (my problem of course). I was never offered a courtesy car and so far its costed me hundreds in cancelled business visits and taxi fares. I'm also in the middle of moving house so this couldn't have come at a worse time. Howards do not deserve any servicing franchise because they clearly can't cope with any resonable workload. Service is worse than glacial and totally unresponsive. Not a nice feeling getting FOBBED off every time I call. If I could take away stars I totally would. Awful. And isn't it funny how the Taunton location isn't on the list here.

Oct 14,2023A mysterious (to me!) intermittent electronic fault on my 3008 meant a trip back to Howards Peugeot in Yeovil. The problem was diagnosed and a new part was fitted within two days, all under the extended warranty. Many, many thanks to Ben and his team at Howards for the rapid and courteous service they delivered.

Our journey began at our local dealer in Exeter, where we encountered a salesperson who seemed a little reluctant to take us seriously. Undeterred, we decided to explore other options and found ourselves at a Honda dealership in Taunton, where we had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Herbert. Charlie proved to be a remarkable salesperson, displaying an impressive blend of amiability and knowledge. His approach was a breath of fresh air compared to our earlier encounter. Charlie took the time to truly understand our needs and requirements, working diligently to secure us an excellent deal. His in-depth knowledge of the Honda Jazz, including its special features like the 'magic' seats, was evident, and he effortlessly demonstrated these features. Oct 03,2023I booked my car in for an mot and service and was called telling me it failed the mot and it was beyond economic repair but they had carried out the service so needed to pay £220 as the engineer decided to do that first for his convenience. I was then forced to pay to get my vehicle back. This makes no sense as a process !!!!! I feel this was bad practice and unethical business practices. Contrary to the reply below I have not talked to anyone from the business and nothing has happened to change my response

Nov 01,2023I can’t thank Sophie in Weston enough for her amazing care and service she gave me when buying my new car. It is an experience I find fairly anxiety provoking usually, however Sophie’s kind and relaxed approach took my anxiety away completely. She was informative and patient with helping me to decide on my new car and if it was right for me. The time between test driving the car through to arranging for it to be delivered I felt informed and happy that I had made the right purchase. She was extremely helpful with part exchanging my old car, sending a helpful video of my new car before it was delivered, and no question was too difficult a question with her reassuring emails. I would fully recommend Howard’s Nissan in Weston to anyone. My car was also delivered brilliantly by Kev. He let me know when he was on his way, kindly ran through a few instructions with the car to help my confidence, and I was impressed with the two courtesy calls from him later that day to make sure I was happy. I can not fault the Howard’s Nissan team in Weston at all!
