May 15,2022This is a review on Howard’s Hyundai in Weston super mare I have had a few issues with this garage, so I emailed in a complaint and there was 2 very different responses to the issues, Darren the service manager couldn’t have been any more understanding and apologetic and wanted to do all he could to resolve the issues with what happened on the service side of things could tell he read and understood my email and I felt as though he had empathy for me and seemed to want to make things better. So kudos to Darren and this dealerships need more people like him and then on contrast I had the unfortunate chance to had to speak with John the sells manager, comes across that he didn’t bother to understand the facts or get the facts from his sells staff, or to give empathy, he totally missed the point of my complaint and he’s come across as an old school manager with a slight aggressive manor, plus customers are liers even when I said things he denied at first to then a few moments later contradicted what he said that wasn’t the case, He’s lost this dealership another order and I regularly change my cars every 3 to 5 years. Sad shame. Oh well I have found another dealership that I will happily give my new car order to and in todays climate this dealership will miss out. Update, Howards have commented on this review 5 days ago and yet no senior manager has been in touch, strange that, seeing that they said they was taking it serious

May 10,2022From the first time I stepped into the dealership I was welcomed by a friendly salesman Simon . Having bought German cars for so many years I was reluctant to change . The whole experience was relaxing and not pushy salesman at all . He took time to explain all about the car and what would suit me and my life style . I am thoroughly pleased with my new purchase I cannot recommend Citroen Taunton enough . I never thought I would buy a Citroen but so pleased I have . Simon was so helpful and professional without being pushy as some salesman can be . Highly recommend. His knowledge is outstanding .

Apr 28,2022I’ve just purchased a new 208 from Howard’s Peugeot in Taunton,What a fantastic dealership , Total professionalism with exceptional standards, I was informed at every stage of the car build and the final presentation of the vehicle was fantastic, I cannot speak highly enough of Martin who dealt with my purchase , this gentleman is a real credit to Peugeot. Apr 13,2022From the minute we walked on to the forecourt, we were greeted by very friendly non pushy salesmen. We never imagined buying a Citroen as I always though they were an "Old man's car" I'm so glad we looked now as we came away with a Citroen C5 Air Cross, lovely looking car and really comfortable and smooth to drive😁 We were looked after by Simon and Charlie who were just awesome from start to finish. Myself and my husband would 100% recommend anyone going to see what they have to offer. Oh and they make a lovely cuppa too!!!

Apr 01,2022I bought a Kia Sportage from Howards Kia Weston Super Mare for £21295 and less than two weeks later I hated it as the fuel economy was so poor. I asked if I could sell it back, even at a reduced price but I was only given the option of a trade for another car in the Howards Group. I found another car in the Howards Group but they only offered £15000, a drop of £6195 for a car that they themselves had sold me only two weeks previously. I never received any more contact from them and have since sold it at a huge loss. I feel like I have been scammed to be honest, and I will not ever buy from this company again after this experience.

Mar 31,2022I always hate considering changing my car, but consistently I've found Tony Nichols to give a helpful, considered and honest approach to the process. This has been particularly necessary my last 2 changes - firstly to change from a manual petrol-driven design to an automatic hybrid type, and now to change early due to the problems in the supply chain/world turmoil/uncertain future. He has always given me time to be reassured about the decisions to be taken, and spoken to me in simple language (very important). It's a big reason why I stay with Howards Toyota (as well as feeling confident in the car styles) and why I recommend them to friends

Mar 30,2022Brilliant! I bought a car from them in Nov 21 and it developed a fault. I can only thank them and their team for the fantastic way they dealt with the issue. I have had some disappointing experiences recently with 'customer services' from large organisations (Samsung and JD Sports - avoid) and it has been so refreshing to encounter a company that clearly prides itself on its service. I haven't even driven the car yet but whether it is cured or not the levels they have gone to to sort it out are what people can generally only hope for nowadays and have totally restored my faith in the commercial world that so often ignores issues in its drive to cut costs. Cleaning the car was a lovely touch - thanks! PS - The purchase process was also really well co-ordinated and relatively simple.

The car was waiting for me inside the showroom which meant it looked great and meant I could have good look at it out of the rain! Jay took care of all the paperwork without fuss and went through the car controls as required (I’ve had Peugeots before). All in all, they looked after me very well and I’m delighted with the car. I finally got my car today and love it, the colour is fantastic, Brad was with me all the way, looked after me, even had a lovely cup of tea and biscuits.thank you Brad I will definitely pop to see you when I come for a visit...thanks again.....R J
