I have just purchased my 2nd car through Howard’s Motor Group in Taunton. Brad has been amazing and even though he is based in the Citroen garage he did not push me towards a Citroen and listened to my needs and requirements. We spent a long time going through all the options on what would be suitable for me and he sent me pictures and prices of each option. I opted for an MG HS and really liked the personal approach of sending me video updates especially with me living so far away and buying virtually. Brad was amazing at helping me sort out the part exchange of my other car and can’t thank him enough. I am left feeling confident that I am going to have happy motoring from a company I can trust and at a competitive price. I also want to say thanks to Kevin who drove all the way to Coventry to deliver my car and take away the part ex. He was friendly and went through everything with me (even in the rain!!)

Popped in today with a family member who was looking at various different cars we dealt with Nat who was extremely helpful and conscious of what was wanted out of the vehicle running through various different options and specs of vehicles, tom was also very helpful and understanding with the required needs! We collected our new MG HS TROPHY on Saturday 9th September. The collection went very smoothly with very friendly service & everything was explained fully about the car , servicing , GAP insurance & the Breakdown cover. We would recommend Howards MG Yeovil to anyone!

Great service from Sophie who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As we live so far away from the dealer and couldn’t come and view the car we were buying in person, she sent us a video showing every detail of the almost new Nissan Juke Tekna we were interested in. On this basis we purchased the car which was delivered a few days later by a charming man called Richard. We are very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend this dealership.
Kian went above and beyond with sorting out problems with Citroen having technical problems with a recall on our car. Great service as usual
My car was due an mot. Begin elderly myself as well as having an older car was panicking it wouldn't pass. They picked up my car and took it for the mot test. It did fail and needed some welding done. They spoke about it with my son and quoted for the repair which was 2hrs labour. They pulled out all the stops and got the job finished the same day and did it in an hour and a half not the 2 quoted and charged me accordingly. It was retested and passed. It was returned that evening and had been washed to my surprise. I am so happy with the service supplied by the Honda service team and the fact I have my car for another year. Thank you so much. I've had the MOT on my mini cooper carried out at Howard's for several years and will be returning again when due this year. Always greeted by friendly, efficient staff and MOT done in a very competent and timely manner. Excellent service.

This review relates solely to Maria Harrison who works at the Reception Desk at Howards Peugeot WSM. She is so much more than a receptionist - when one goes to the showroom / garage, she is the first point of contact and is an amazing ambassador for the business. She has a lovely way about her when dealing with customers; she is personable, empathetic, takes ownership and has excellent communication skills in the role. What I immensely valued was that she always told me the truth about progress (my car was there due to an issue under the warranty, and was there for a long time as the requisite spare part took so long to arrive from the manufacturer); there was absolutely no flannel, no attempt to dress up the reality of the situation, just the truth. I wish all businesses had employees with such integrity. Thank you, Maria.
We usually buy Citroen, but only from Damon. Now he has moved to MG, so we went for a visit, no intention of buying a new car! Guess what we bought a new car, which is electric, never in our wildest dreams did we think we could afford one. Damon did his magic and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Damon you have done it again!!
We have had excellent service from Howard’s Citroën in Taunton. We have had 5 cars from them over the last 15 years and all have been really great. The after sales team and the technicians have given us a first class service. Our current car is a C5X which we are very impressed with.
Appointment booked today at Howard’s Taunton to get our Aircon checked out. Steve got us sorted out and we waited for the car to be checked. Steve kept us aware of everything as it was happening with our car. We have never had the service we get at Howards and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car service or even a car. They are amazing and we are definitely not going anywhere else.
