Test drove and expressed that I wanted to buy. Told I would get a call back in half an hour about when the car would be ready for purchase after putting through mot. No call back, next day still no answer So I called to check , person dealing with selling car busy but would phone back, still no answer so had to chase again at end of the day. felt undervalued as a customer.

I purchased a lovely 108 last year, great sales service and very happy with it. Had to go into the service team as it had a leak causing the boot to become damp. Must say I was seriously impressed with Mark at Peugeot Service for his excellent service, sorted it no problem at all. So nice to feel valued as a customer.

I have been a customer of Toyota for over 25 years and they always had my requirements at heart. My last 2 CHR's were excellent and had it not been for Tony Nichols, who has really looked after us, I would not be going into my third. He really does his homework and gets you the best deal possible, cant praise him enough. It was not my intention to change my vehicle at this time of year but the figures seem to stack up and I purchased a newer model. On reflection it might have paid me to get a value for my old car before negotiations commenced. The process of changing and purchasing the new vehicle was straight forward. Collection and handover was easy. I was already familiar with the vehicle just needed to update myself with the new features. The new vehicle has a 1.2 3 cylinder petrol engine. Having changed from a 2 litre diesel I am impressed with the new vehicles performance. When getting the vehicle home I had to top up the water bottle and it took several litres of water. Having never used a change lane warning before I tried it but to me it is a bit aggressive so that feature is turned off now. The warning that goes with it is annoying.
Had a wonderful experience with Becky at Howard's used car centre, the car was serviced and all the mot advisories were seen to. The warranty covers claims upto £2000 even tho in showroom it says £1000. I'm really happy with my purchase.Becky even got someone to put a further £20 of petrol in the car. I bought this car without seeing it but Becky made sure everything was done as she said it would. I'm really pleased with the service I've received and sure I will return again. Thanks Becky
1st car I was offered, wasn't yet on the website so hadn't sen it yet but had to pay deposit and wait for it to arrive, it was involved in a crash before it got to the dealer however they still allowed me to test drive stating the damage would be fixed, filled out finance ETC, then told a few days later its not road safe so they couldn't sell it to me. A couple weeks later found another car, again had to wait for it to arrive to the dealers, test drove and filled out finance ETC. I specifically said I wanted a HP plan with no large end balance to be paid and was told this would be fine, after signing the paperwork I noticed I had been sold a PCP plan with a £3.5K end balance - this wasn't mentioned to me while being sold the car at any point, only the monthly price. I spent 3 evening, over 7 hours in total waiting to be able to drive the car away, each day at 6pm being told that finance hadn't approved it yet. On the final day, waited almost an hour after I was told to arrive to be seen. Handed my car over, finalised everything to be told that the finance still wasn't agreed however they already owned my old car at this point as part-ex. I had to ask for my £99 deposit to be refunded and I felt that they didn't trust that I had paid this as he had to go ask his manager about this. Finally got that sorted (over an hour later), drove my car in the daylight for the 1st time the next morning to find large scratches on the driver's side windscreen that I was told they would not be able to do anything about it. Drove it for just over a week, short distances and found a fault. Took it back to be checked and the fault was confirmed. Had to then take it back the next week for the warranty people to see if they would cover the cost of the fault. Then told I would get a call the following week to book in for it to be fixed, had a call to say that the service people were on holiday, to wait a few more days. I have tried to call the service team multiple times over the last 2 weeks (5 times today) and have still not been able to book my car in to be repaired as the phone does not appear to be manned often. Overall I wish I'd used a different dealer.
Staff were so helpful. when we purchased the vehicle was not excellent enterior features which was addressed and resolved but not all by the day we take the car from them and they promised to deal with it when they got the stocks of which no idea when.
