I happened to have a question today relating to the tyres and sent them an email - Within 5 minutes I had a phone call from a lovely lady offering me advice and arranged that I could take my car in next week, when I am next in Yeovil. At no time was I pressurised into accepting anything, including the many “extras” which were available. All the necessary paperwork was taken care of throughout with clear and concise explanations, which were neither condescending nor patronising in any way. Arrangements for collection were very flexible and accommodated my wishes. One of the reasons for choosing a Honda Jazz is my past experience of the quality and reliability of the car. Another equally important reason is the quality of professionalism of service from the staff and the exemplary after sales service.
