Jul 14,2021Our neighbors highly recommend Howards Motor Group having purchased a used 3008 from their Yeovil branch. We could not find what we wanted at Yeovil, but on visiting their Taunton showroom we found an automatic 3008 at the right price and mileage. Their salesperson Martin was most friendly and helpful.It was a very pleasant experience.Great coffee plus a full tank of diesel.

Jul 06,2021Took my car to Howards Kia Weston Super Mare yesterday to have 2 fuses changed on a recall . I would just like to say how covid safe the whole procedure was . On handing over my keys the lady sanitised them immediately & then sanitised her hands , she then asked if i wanted to stay & wait which i did as only a half an hour job . She led me to a comfortable area , away from others & made me a coffee . I witnessed her sanitise her hands before & after making my drink & she wore a mask the whole time . When my car was finished she led me out to it & before handing me back my keys she again sanitised them . Everybody there was following covid guidelines, they were all wearing masks whilst walking around & only removed them once they were behind there desks which were screened off . There desks were also distanced way more than 2 meters away from each other . I felt safe & secure which is rare in these unprecedented times . Keep up the good work Howards Kia Weston Super Mare , other companies could learn a great deal from you .

Jun 30,2021Purchased a brand new car from Howards Yeovil. Very disappointed with the sales team, I have brought 4 new cars from them but this is the last time I use them. Given 2 different registrations, i had to ring them each time, the girl didn't have a clue about anything regarding the car. No help with after sales, no manual everything is on line!!

This is the second car we have bought from this dealership, and on each occasion I have found the experience to be positive. After finding the correct car, this was brought in from another dealership within the group. I was allowed to test drive the car over two days, ensuring it met the needs of our family. The sales process was also very pleasant, with sensible negotiations over the phone and email leading to a good deal. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend Howards Motors and in particular the service provided by Martin Joseph at the Taunton dealership.

Jul 22,2021I would like to say a huge thankq to Marcus Urch the Motorbility specialist at Howard's Toyota, Weston-super-Mare. Not only did you help me choose the right car for me,but you went above and beyond what you had to do to make sure that I was able to get a Motorbility car. I was absolutely horrified when Motorbility said I couldn't have a car as I owed money from my previous Motorbility car.I had to give my previous car back dur to changing from DLA to PIP and PIP making a mistake with my eligibility for the Motorbility scheme,I had to give back my previous Motorbility car and I was given some money to buy a car to keep me going while I appealed the decision. I won my appeal and was given my Motorbility enhancement back,but apparently some of this money should have been paid back to Motorbility, I was never told about this. It was a huge shock to find out that I owed nearly £500 and I needed to pay at least half of that back so I could get another car. Marcus could see how upset I was over the situation that had just occurred and he said that the Toyota garage wanted to help me and help me they did. I can never thank you enough for what you did for me today, you have totally restored my faith in the human race. Thank you so very much
