Ar*ehole of the week/month possibly the year award most definitely goes to Howard's Motor group 👏👏👏 well done guys👍🏻🏆 My wife has just drove an hour to Yeovil to pick up a car we've just bought from them to find the fuel gadge is in the red 🤔. When questioned Lorraine was told "it should be enough to get you home"😤.... would £10 worth of fuel have really broke the bank or is the real reason that you couldn't be bothered queuing up at the pumps ?? First and last time we ever buy from you!!!!! ⬇️ REPLY ⬇️ Thank you for feedback Mr Goulding. We are sorry you are not happy with the amount of fuel supplied at the point of handover. As part of our used car preparation we ensure the car has been serviced, MOT, a 140 Multi point check and has a 6 month warranty included. Cars are fuelled to ensure customers can drive away from the dealership. Mrs Goulding was advised when leaving the dealership that despite the current fuel shortage there was a 40 mile radius showing which we hoped would be sufficient for her return journey. Howards Motor Group pride themselves on offering exceptional levels of customer service and we would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss further this with you and Mrs Goulding. Please call us at your convenience. A warning light came on as I was driving north on the M5. I called into to Taunton Honda for help. A chap called Lee helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. If the rest of the staff are as good as him it must be s great garage.

As a customer of Howards Garage I would like to walk out side the Garage with a banner warning potential buyers of the pain and hasle you will have when you choose to buy a Toyota Hybrid ( with no warning at all ) to then be a target for thievescwho in broad daylight will steal your catalytic converter more than once. If I was to tell you this and that it will cost you the £2200 to insure would you buy it. They didn' t even ask if I had a garage. Thank you Howard. You didn't even allow me a cooling off period either. Shame on you.

Tony Nichols made the experience of changing my car extremely straightforward, painless(part from depleting my bank balance) and all done with a smile. Have to say a big thank to him ,all my questions and queries answered very professionally Would definitely recommend Howard’s Toyota.

Visited Toyota garage in Weston-super-Mare on Saturday 28/08/21 in need of a car at short notice, we had visited numerous car garages on this date and they were the only one that approached us to see if we needed help, we chatted to Tony in regards to what we liked the look of and he guided us through all of our options, we decided on C-hr. Tony went out of his way to make the sale as easy as possible, he talked us through every aspect of the purchase. He went out of his way to push the sale through as quickly as could be done and my car had been given an MOT, a supaguard treatment and a full tank of fuel ready for me to collect on Tuesday and this was also over a bank holiday weekend!! Customer service was excellent.

I would like to commend Howard’s Honda, Taunton branch for the excellent service I received from their salesman George Smirk and Sales Manager Marcus. From first contact through test drive, contract hire procedures to delivery. All my questions were answered promptly and accurately. Nothing was too much trouble, al in all a first class buying experience. Thank you.

As Howards have now sorted their IT problem which caused me to to give a poor review because of the e-mail bombardment to which I was subjected, I feel it only fair to reinstate my original 5* review. I will certainly consider Howards again. BTW I am really pleased with the car

We're trying to buy a car from them , we saw a nice used Peugeot . Basically they put the car for selling without checking the car , very dusty inside ,lots of scratches on the body paint , a hit beneath the front left hand door , took it for a test drive we found a bad noise coming from the suspension , cover of spear wheel very damaged , also the kit for changing the wheel broken. Price was 8690£ , we spoke with a seller assistant and he said his gonna put the car in service and prepared for us . All good Went back second week , test again the car , the noise from suspension was gone, but all others the same , plus they raised the price to 8990 £ ... ..so basically after my review we got spammed with messages, phone calls and emails from the management saying that all a miss understanding and yeah the car price was lower and they trying to do everything as promised my the seller agent, they even got the balls to ask us to pay in advance half of the price via phone saying that the car will ok when we will go back to take it, normally we didn't make payment but we decided to go back again over the weekend to see the car and ....surprise surprise the car was in the same state as we seen it second week ,nothing done fixed . We decided to withdraw the deposit payed in first week and left. Couple of days later we received a letter with a : prove of ownership and a warranty without buying or signing any documents whatever..... Yeah gents be careful when trying to make any purchases from that dealer as u may found yourself with a finance for a car u never buy it .... Not a dealer to trust.

I tried searching for online cars at first but it takes ages for them to reply. Thankfully, my husband asked me to visit Howards Motor Group. At last, I got my approved used Peugeot car with a very low mileage and APR in less than 2 weeks.

Having been really poorly treated at the WSM showroom, Martin was suggested to me. He listened to what my needs were and got me the car I wanted, in the colour I wanted and at a competitive price. He worked really hard to make the process smooth and stress free. And he is lovely. I will return to the Taunton showroom again.

Fantastic service from George at Taunton MG. From first making contact regarding the purchase of my new car, to contacting him after. Nothing was too much trouble, even replied to an email on his week off! Highly recommend and I love my new car 😊
