It was a pleasure to buy a car from Howards Peugeot in Yeovil. The whole process was very relaxed, organised and customer focused. Sam, our Sales Executive was professional but also friendly. We travelled over 100 miles to buy a car from Howards due to our friends recommendation and it was worth the effort. We would highly recommend Howard's in Yeovil and especially Sam. Many thanks to all the team who were involved in the sales and delivery process of our new car. We will certainly come back in the future.

i paid 18k for a honda crv and had only enough fuel in the tank to get to the petrol station .when i tackled the salesman he said it is now company policy not to put fuel into the tank

Excellent, very flexible service. Did everything possible to make the deal possible for me. I’d found an almost identical car nearer home, but they were totally inflexible. It made it worth driving the 2.5 hours to obtain this car.

Liked their approach They may not sell cheap cars but they make sure the cars they do sell are A1 And spend time with the buyer.

I had a very negaitve experience of Howards Peugeot when i brought my last car 9 years ago, but i liked the car. I was after a 5008 and this time round the salesman was more relaxed. Communication not brilliant (example- i was told the car would be ready in 5 to 7 day and after 7 days it had not even been delivered, but i was not informed and came to collect a car that was not there). So far the car is working fine so i have not had a need to re visit the showroom.

We bought an Auris Touring Sport. We are doing well in learning the features of the car but feel we could have done with a little more instruction before going out on the road. Also the handbook is quite hard to follow.

Both my husband and I thought that the Howards Motor Group were absolutely marvellous. At our age, we have purchased quite a few cars, one way or another, but never been treated quite so good and courteous as this. The staff were very highly trained and knew their business in salesmanship, were honest (which is rather unusual in these days) and at the point of sale, took us all through the car, and thoroughly explained the why's and wherefores, before we signed up on the deal. They made it quite clear, that if we were unhappy or not sure, we could return again and again, and ask questions. We never needed to , as it was done so well, that there was no need for any further questions. I would thoroughly recommend this Company. I saw the particular model we were searching for, on the net, and they got the model up from Devon to show us it, in their showrooms in Dorset. After a test run, we purchased it straight away. (Finance available if wanted). I love the way that various staff do various jobs all the way through the process, and you move from desk to desk .... most interesting and very efficient. J.L.

I bought a nearly new Toyota Auris hybrid from Howards. The salesman was very helpful, informative and not pushy, there was no pressure. The car is everything promised and aftercare has been good too.

The staff at Howards Motor Group did a wonderful job of making the whole experience of selecting and taking delivery of a new Motability car stress free and seamless, they couldn't have been more helpful. I was kept updated of progress. A really pleasant experience.
