The test drive of the car I eventually bought was superb and there was no question that the member of staff could not answer, either immediately or after having done some research. The salesman was very patient and not "pushy" at all and I felt comfortable in my discussions with him. The handover went extremely smoothly and although I wanted to remain in control of the return of documents to the DVLA, the garage handled that aspect very efficiently.
Excellent friendly customer service..not pushy at all, and a fairly quick easy process when purchasing new! Would recommend.
Very happy with sales side had all the information I wanted, good deal with what I wanted to spend. Unfortunately car had minor bumper damage on it upon delivery it was a brand new car. It was sorted out but should have been picked up before delivery.

I was brand new to buying a car so did some research online first both in terms of finance options and also looked on car trader sites to compare prices. Howards Citroen Taunton came up with a number of good value deals online which offered me less APR % than other dealerships. I called and spoke with Howards and they were polite, professional and informative on the phone. In person, Mark Pow was excellent and guided me smoothly through the car buying process - not only did he send me a video of a C1 Hatchback - he also exceeded my expectations on monthly payment costs and spec of the car. I am thrilled to bits with my lovely Black Citroen C1 Hatchback and would highly recommend my friends and family to Mark and his team. I will be back in 4 years!

Communication between the dealers and with the customers isn’t great and I’ve had problems with the registered owner of my vehicle when ended with me being stopped by the police. I’m still waiting for a phone call to find out why it’s taking so long as the DVLA hasn’t reduced anything from you would be greatful for some help with this but other then that Kieran the dealer was pretty good

I have been going to Howards in Yeovil for 10 plus years for servicing of my lease car. I haven't ever been let down by them, the standard of service has been consistent, professional and always helpful. I recently chose to come away from a lease scheme and made an enquiry to Howards and other groups about what deals were out there. I was given choices by a couple of groups but Howards were the winners for me. I came out with a much better deal than with my previous lease cars - I should have looked into long ago. I'm financially better off AND end up owning my own car. The level of service given to me to secure this latest deal has been excellent. I was dealt with throughout by team member Kieran. Kieran is the most helpful of people and always polite. He really goes the extra mile to get it right. Thank you Howards of Yeovil for the great service over the years.
Excellent all round
After getting my car home I discovered the drivers seat was damaged. After writing a mediocre review explaining this I was immediately contacted by Mike at Howards. The fault was rectified to my complete satisfaction and not only this they gave it a wash and vac!
I found Howards Motor Group very organised in the administrative side of my purchase and very courteous but weak on their knowledge of trade vehicles i.e accessories. I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a hilux but I think you will need to gen up on it first.

Feb 16,2018Staff were great and very helpful, only slight fault was when we picket up the car it wasn’t as clean as it could have been inside, smears on the inside of the windscreen and a bit dusty around the dashboard, tyres had been painted on the rims of the tyres but car had not been washed and polished. Brilliant response from Howards, had a call next day........ Great car, comfy, nippy, very economical, very pleased with my choice..
