Feb 24,2018Used Car centre, Yeovil. After losing my trusty Honda in rather stressful circumstances I found myself in dire need of a car at short notice. I selected Howards on the basis of their reputation locally and excellent choice of vehicles. Lloyd was thorough, polite and helpful throughout the whole process. He guided me in checking though all the necessary details which, given my frayed nerves at the time, was a great help. I’d be happy to highly recommend on that basis. However, the fifth star, is for “that extra mile” that Lloyd and his colleagues went when some unforeseeable electrical problems arose a few days after I purchased the car. I was reassured straight away that the issue would be diagnosed and repaired under the warranty. After waiting a few days for a part to come in I took my 208 back in for the repair. Again, through no fault of the Dealership, the part did not match due to an obscure model update. I needed to get back to my business that day, so it was difficult to leave my car until another replacement part arrived. At that point, Lloyd stepped in and gave me his own car to take until mine was ready! He then delivered my 208 to my home a couple of days later. I must admit, I rather enjoyed driving his 3008 (very nice!), but I was glad to have my own car back and fully operational again. Very impressed indeed with how the sale and post-sale glitch was handled by the Used Car Centre team. Thank you for all your help - really enjoying my new Peugeot.

Feb 22,2018The service was actually second to none. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. I have got a couple small issues with the car but am dealing with them to sort them. Dealing with other garages I found they always had to speak with a manager every time you asked them something I felt Howard’s were more autonomous and could straight away answer all the questions I had.
