As to be expected, service throughout these transactions has being seamless, with Nolan Barrs being an exceptional attentive and knowledgeable person to do business with. Currently we are negotiating with Nolan ( who else!) for replacing my daughter's car. I think this says it all.

Feb 16,2018My purchase was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. My only gripe has been about the product used to valet the car internally. This was used so liberally that three weeks later the smell is still strong. I had a long drive after I collected the vehicle and was feeling really nauseous by the time I got home. Please be a bit less enthusiastic in future!

Feb 16,2018The salesman was very clear and answered all questions readily. I did not feel pressured but reassured. A change in the time requested by us to pick up the car was immediately agreed to and the demonstration at pick up was efficiently carried out. The transfer of credit from our previous servicing arrangement was suggested and organised efficiently. The hassle caused to the staff by the transfer into the new showroom had minimal impact on our experience as customers.
