Mar 31,2021I would like to say that during these dire times that your Agent LINDA REDMOND,at the ATHERSTONE Branch has been truly brilliant. She is a credit to your organisation. Her remit to achieve a sale, now under contract at an albeit undervalued price, due to Covid has been handled with extreme sensitivity on her part and is fine testament to her excellent selling skills. For us stuck in lockdown in Cornwall she has been both a source of comfort and has exceeded our expectations. She has in fact exceeded her Duties to Howkins and at personal time and expense to herself. We remain extremely grateful to her and to Andy Moss. Our thanks James, Amanda and Zeus Woodward.

Dec 11,2020I dealt with the Daventry Office of H&H for my house sale and for my purchase. The marketing of my house was professional, it sold in just over 2 weeks and I feel H&H fees are fair. They also ensure that you have prompt feedback after every viewing. Clair has been lovely to deal with right from my initial interest through to completion. There have been numerous issues in my chain which unfortunately made the process a lot more lengthy and stressful than I was expecting, but Clair and Andy did their best to push things along. We got across the line in the end and I want to thank them for helping myself and my husband find our beautiful new home. I would highly recommend H&H.

Apr 08,2021Both Javed and Evie guided me on how I needed to prepare the property in order to secure a fair rent and a good tenant. During the cleaning and refurbishment stage, Javed and Evie showed prospective tenants the property and advised them on what the finished property would be like. The whole process of selecting Howkins and Harrison was painless with the team being proactive from the beginning and continued to communicate and update me throughout the marketing process. At no point did I have to chase anyone. The property is now rented out with no issues so far!
