You deduct more than 60% of the money I paid and still I didn’t even receive any money. Also it was your mistake that I canceled the flights as you informed me after I booked the flight that you will change the dates ( changing the flight dates not just the time ) So you want me to travel when you want not when I want EDIT: I have modified the rate to 3 Stars as they have paid me the money within the promised time, to be honest I thought I will never get any money back, however I cannot give more than 3 stars cause of all what I have gone through. I booked a ticket worth 680.25EUR through this platform and had to cancel it since I had to reschedule my flight and they said there's no flight available on the dates that they've mentioned. I obviously need to check with Lufthansa if there really is no flight and voila! there are! so I initiated a refund request and as per their calculation, I will get a refund of 145.25 EUR!!! I am only getting 20% of what I paid for! they should have just asked for the whole amount right since they anyway cant help with the rebooking??? Wow, what a blunder! I'll make sure that this is escalated to IATA! you shouldnt be given any license at all! 93% of your customers rated you 1 coz that the lowest they can! Absolute thieves. They get the money from clients and they don't pay airlines. We got stranded at the airport in Dubai and were forced to pay cash because our tickets were suspended by Emirates Airlines for lack of payment from this agent. Their customer service is garbage. Why is this website still listed with skyscanner and google just blows my mind. They should be banned from airfare booking business all around. Booking number: FOKLRD07. October 12…latest update Mytickets has said they will fully refund our money since the options they have offered do not work. However, the problem is we now have no way home from Italy since we just bought one way tickets there because Mytickets told us we could use the return portion of the tickets for our return flight home. We asked them to just refund the first part since we cannot use it. Well, I am assuming that when they refund all our money, it will cancel the return flight too. So…we must now purchase another set of one way tickets to get back home! I am…exhausted with all of this. What should be an incredible, stress free time for our family is really and truly a nightmare. I just do not know how much more I can take. I am not telling you not to use this company, but this has been our experience. Now we must find a way to get home…so these flights will end up costing us more than 2 times what we paid originally. So…because WIZZ canceled our flight on Friday and Mytickets rebooked us for a day earlier without consulting us…which we cannot do…we have had to purchase new one way tickets to Rome through another airline, which has cost us 3200 dirhams because they are last minute! We have informed MyTickets that we want the half of the 2500 dirhams we paid to be refunded because we cannot take the out-going flight. The inexpensive tickets we originally purchased through mytickets.ae have turned into a 5700 dirham expensive nightmare. Tonight, we have received emails saying we have successfully registered for the flight on Thursday. This is a LIE! We did not and will not register because we cannot take the flight! Why are they saying this? They even sent boarding documents! I think they will say we cannot get any of our money back because we registered for the flight and chose not to take it. Soooo…..I am stating here and now…because it seems like they only respond when there is a negative review…that we HAVE NOT registered for any flights on Thursday, Oct. 13. Please send us half our money back! Keeping the rest is dishonest and fraud! I will be filing a court case if they don’t. Their representative has stated we can use the return flight…praying it is not canceled too or we will be stranded in Italy. BEWARE!!! UPDATE-So…After waiting another 25 minutes to speak to an agent, she has no answers but says she must consult her colleagues to know if I can use the return flight because we cannot take the first half due to Wizz Air canceling the flight. Scam of a third party travel broker. DO NOT USE THEM. They are simply in business to facilitate scamming as much from you as possible. We cancelled travel within required notice period and have been chasing them for 2-years for refunds. They actually told us we would have to wait 2-years to receive the refund. Unreal. Then at exactly 2-years they told us they weren’t responsible any longer. Scam of all scams.
Still I don't receive my full refund. I pay 1178Aed and received only 1000aed.why deduct 178Aed. Booking was cancelled from your side not mine. And I double checked the rates. I don't sleep that night because I have to travel in the morning. And then I have to purchase new ticket from airport. I have purchased a ticket from my helper in December last year to Manilla. The flight's operation was cancelled multiple times and although Saudi Airlines offered a refund for the whole value, which I accepted. I have not received the refund amount from mytickets.ae. The case has been open for more than 8 months now and all I get is an email saying we are on your case. Literally, the worst experience. The ticket is worth 2700 dhs and till this moment I am able to get any clarity on my case. They have 3-4 employees who run the show with the same automated response
أسوء موقع للحجز لا أنصح بالحجز على هذا الموقع. كانت تجربتي جد سيئة معهم. لا يوجد خدمة عملاء رقم الهاتف المتوفر يرد فقط المجيب الألي. عند طلب تغيير موعد الرحلة يطلبون دفع مبلغ الرحلة كاملة و عند طلب إلغاء التدكرة و إسترداد مبلغ الحجز يطلبون دفع مبلغ مالي (160 درهم أماراتي) من أجل رفع طلبك و إنتظار الموافقة. يتم إرجاع ربغ مبلغ التذكرة مع مجموعة من الإقتطاعات بدون أي سبب. عن تجربة شخصية لأنصح بهذا الموقع أبدا.
These are bunch of FRAUD people who is running the show. WORST customer service experience in my entire life. 1) When I booked the ticket it was showing AED 1068 even the invoice they sent me 1068. But the deducted AED 1102+ from my credit card. 2) They are putting a "MRS" title in the passenger name while booking the ticket. when I asked them to change as person never married, they are charging me money for that change.

Worst experience. They show one amount and charge lots of extra without our consent. And they do not show proper columns to enter Passport data and other details. Then they will charge you to update that data also. And to charge us for that they restrict the updation through airline also. They have shown me ticket rate for around 2700 AED and charged me around 3300 AED.

This is a scam not a legit company be aware. Do not give them money. They always return with the same excuse in emails and their phones are always busy.
