Jul 05,2022It’s been 8months since i requested a ticket refund from this company and until now i have not received any update on them. Last month, i directly contacted the airline regarding my request for refund and they have told me that mytickets did not request for any ticket refund on my behalf and advise me to raise a complain about them. They are scammers! So please be careful. Booking reference number 180125209, i have been sending emails but nobody is replying.

Jul 02,2022Today I had the worst experience in my life never happened before I was at the counter when the agent informed my that my daughter's ticket is not confirmed( without number) immediately called the customer service ( nightmare) who advised to send an e-mail ignoring the emergency of the situation finally I missed my flight waiting for them then I received an e-mail just telling me that the ticket was not paid as there was an issue with my card... Although when I purchased I received all kind of mails confirming my tickets and on the site as well but the gentleman insisted that they sent an e-mail, this is not acceptable not ethical and not the way they should deal with customer. I was obliged to buy new tickets for all of us (5 total with the high price of the day as I was forced to fly today). I sent another 2 mails with all documents of the tickets confirmation but no answer and noone cares about us. I will never buy again anything from My ticket.ae and I will make sure noone of my network do and I will start a law suit to avoid the same will happen with others. Booking QBKT3G7S

Jun 30,2022today was buying tickets, price was selected and when i added my credit card, it said card not accepted however i use it heavily. then i changed to visa card. but the system has tricked me and change the total value and charged high amount. its not ethical to do such tricks in system. never seen that in any booking site.

Jun 27,2022Very very bad experience. Avoid at all costs. My flight got cancelled; they wouldn't refund it and asked me to apply for a voucher. It's been over a week and I still didn't get the voucher, which mean I will have to pay for my ticket twice. Customer service unprofessional and not helpful at all. I don't think there is any hope for improvement, so just pay extra and book with another company. booking 87MQU0TJ

Jun 25,2022Don’t book flights with them. They do not update you with changes or cancellations. I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere in Saudi Arabia because I didn’t get updated that my flight has been cancelled. I had to wait 3 hours sitting outside the airport for a taxi to come take me to the closest hotel. They haven’t even responded to my email. I’m just going to raise it as a fraudulent charge against my bank.

A little money back is too much 😠! ! ! ! ! ! How can such a disgusting company exist? Hurry up and refund me! This kind of company should be thoroughly investigated and banned immediately, why are they still buying tickets online! Totally big liar! ! 😠

Jun 05,2022What a scammers, they over charged me 800 dirhams, just like everyone mentioned in the reviews. I wish I had checked them out before dealing with them. What details are you talking about? The same excuses you make to everyone else? I read the same excuses in the other reviews. I raised a fraud claim to my bank and it will be handled soon. I will get my money back, and don't mind buying the tickets again at higher rate from another legit agent, but won't let scammers like you get away with it just to avoid the inconvenience.

Jun 01,2022i have booked with them. with price and when i proceed the payment , they gave you options of different payment channels , i chosed Master card and after processing i found that there is almost 700 dhs excess on the bill . i raised the concern to them and then they said the way of payment i chsosed doesnt have discount . its not mentioned any where in the websit that chosing mastercard will not give me a discount !! how come this is already is happening .. its simple way to get money from customers with no reason . mode of payment is mode of payment doesnt have to do any thing with price ! 2905127567

Jun 01,2022We booked a two way ticket to the states and back. The flights from dxb to jfk got canceled and they did not even inform us until we called them since the ticket was not showing and we noticed it. We had to call Swiss airlines and confirm the cancellation. 2, we are currently trying to ask them to change the ticket to an alternative flight but they are not being helpful and saying that they will charge extra but we called Swiss airlines and they said that if the flight is canceled from their side, there is no extra charge. They are clearly trying to scam us and take our money. Our flight is on Sunday and we do not have any tickets to go there. Till now we have spoken to Ryan, Sophia and Julia and none of them have been cooperative. If our tickets do not arrive on time, we will be going to the news outlets and opening a case against them to spread the world because this is unbelievable! Extremely unprofessional. We have tried again today to work with customer support to resolve our issue but there is still 0 progress. You are asking for our email address but we cannot put it on here and have no way of reaching out. Please give us a platform to reach out directly to you since we would like to resolve this ASAP. UPDATE: we just found out through United airlines which is the ticket holder that myticket.ae canceled our outgoing tickets on their own even though the flights were still running! Their response was "The flight is cancelled hope for your understanding" This is extremely serious fraud and we will be taking legal action since this is shocking! Their agents cannot even communicate properly and everybody in this company are trying to make fool of us. They have our money in their pockets and we do not have what we paid for because of their mistake and our flight is supposed to be on Sunday. They just seem to reply to this comment with no way of us contacting them and giving information.

May 19,2022Worse experience ever. I have purchased a business ticket from Jeddah to Birmingham, with transit in Amsterdam. They sent me a ticket but I had not received any confirmation from the SAUDIA airline I contacted Saudia Airlines and they informed me that the ticket was canceled. I sent an email to mytickets.ae and the response: "I have to inform you that there were some technical issues with the issuance, so the ticket is not booked. We can provide you with a full refund. We kindly ask you to specify whether it is acceptable for you." So they take my money without even booking me the ticket. I asked them for a full refund 15 days ago. But I have not received anything.

May 16,2022If you ever considered buying airlines ticket through this website, just RUN AWAY. This website is a scam, owned by thieves. It is a perfect Ponzi Scheme. I am really surprised to see some - apparently - legit platform like Skyscanner referencing this bullsh*t website. They have literally zero shame, they literally have use forged document…I am currently opening an e-crime legal case against them in Estonia / Austria and UAE EDIT: DE810DJV The scam company is sending you a so-called proof of payment which is pure bullsh*t and toilet paper, not a swift copy, no routing number...and they say it might take up to 16 working days to reach the account. Seriously? Of course the funds have never been processed. Just a whole SCAM
