This is my second review - the first time was answered by tickets.ae team but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CHANGED. Tickets . ae not only admitted it was their mistke to me on the phone, i have all the proof that my ticket was booked and paid with luggage but they forgot to prebook it from their side. Now they blame airline company for it. it has been 3 months! Every time i call I am told they will look into it. How ridiculous is that . So apparently the amount was transferred back to me on 01.08 and for some reason it take up to 14 days to arrive. I have asked for a proof of payment several times and got abolutely nothing. So again no waiting and following up on daily basis
I just booked and paid for my ticket , it didn't allow me to change the email address , though I have put in my mobile number. Now where is my ticket gone and I have a booking reference but no ticket as the email is incorrect. And what is your customer care number ? The one given doesn't work . Update , after calling them on some odd number 3 times over and 12 hour later it was solved . Thankyou
They will steal your money.. This is my booking KDO8PYCY, They send me a ticket that doesn't exist and they refuse to send me a new ticket or refund, all what they claim, we are waiting to hear for the airline, which I see very common to many in this post. We will be posting at every forum about them, they are scam. Our trip ulis getting closer and we haven't heard a reply to them? Can anyone help how they dead with such situation..
Very bad customer service. Bought ticket from them to Manilla through Cebu pacific since few weeks and we were told that we can add luggage allowance later. I was trying to buy luggage since a week and was told that it can be done through Cebu pacific with the booking reference 24 hours before departure. Unfortunately that was not possible despite my several calls and follow ups and the customer service always telling me we will send you email with reference number or try to check in and you can add luggage blablabla NOTHING WORKS. My last call with the agent answer me: MADAM WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU GO TO AIRPORT AND BUY YOUR LUGGAGE IT'S NOT OUR MISTAKE, seriously this was the answer f a customer service. At the end I spent more than 6 hours on calls until I chat with cebu pacific and they confirm that Mytickets linked that booking to their account so I cannot add or change anything for the flight. Do not book a flight through mytickets.ae, the experience that I had was terrible. still no one answer me today |& only 4 days left for the flight ,even we can not check the ticket online.
I emailed them to track my bookings bcuz I'm worried if it's legit or scam bcuz I cannot manage my booking. They reply that I can retrieve only 24 hrs before departure. This is very bad very bad and I will never book here again. My flight is on sept 2 and yet they don't do something to assure me that my flight booking is fine bcuz now I can't sleep well thinking if I can fly on that day. If you can't fix my problem with in 2 days I will never book again on you app.. looking forward to fix the problem with in 2 days
I booked a ticket for 2 (1-adult and 1-Child), I chose the correct departure and flight date. Initially went fine, I entered all my credit card information including the secret code, then suddenly the website refresh and pop-up then additional cost like 300+dirhams. I accepted the additional cost and the site went back to the initial stage of entering the credit card details. I paid and it went OK. They issued the ticket and sent in my email. Now, when I saw the date it was not the date I originally chose, I believed that when the additional cost pop-up the website refresh and the date went to the default date and it wasn't my preferred date (Warning: When this happens to anyone, double check the date). I just figured out like less than 5 minutes and I raised the issue ASAP to them, multiple emails and requests but they refused. They responded that it will allow me only to re-route and change date. So, I requested the return flight to change date and then they refused again. I investigated the ticket in directly from the airline website and I found out that the departure flight is allowed to change date but not refundable. Also, the return flight was allowed to refund and change the date. When I said this findings to them they keep on telling me that my tickets are not refundable and not changeable. I lost a huge amount of money to them without benefiting any single penny. This agency has no consideration to their clients. Please avoid purchasing or make any booking to this site and agency. SCAM after you buy the ticket the will send an confirmation email then few minutes later they will send an email with surcharge to pay if you do not pay it they will cancel the ticket and if ask for cancellation the will not refund you the full amount. if your ticket is non refundable they will not refund you. its a scam they offer you cheap tickets.
WXYCDCOI Reading all of this is worrying me now! I had a smooth experience when booking with them i was told the ticket will be sent to me shortly it did take a couple of hours and i received it … The only problem i faced was when i tried to manage my booking online i found out that i am unable to do so as the booking is under a private email … As i need to check in and add baggage and a meal … I emailed them and got a fast reply the first time .. not the reply i was hoping for but it was fast … I emailed back multiple times since yesterday and got no reply … At the begining my experience was good to be honest but now i am alarmed and upset … Not sure if i will get this sorted out asap or if all those reviews over here are true?!
I had a flight booked with mytickets.ae. Upon arrival to the airport for check in i found out my lugagge was not purchased andi had to pay extra upon chck in. I called tickets.ae i was told they would call me back in 30 minutes, i waited, luckily i came earlier to the airport.30 minutes later they called back and informed they in fact forgot to book my luggage and they can no longer add it to the tickets because its too late so i need to pay for the luggage and they will refund the amount bak to me. I paid 274 USD for the uggage and immediately sent them the invoice with the charge to be refunded, this happened on 30.04 Since then i dont have any reply, i called several times, by email i only get reply that someone is wokring on it, on the phone i get reply that they are checking with airline. Well airline has nothing to do with it. it is their personnel mistake but nobody fixes it. I do not advise anybody to book tickets through them
“I had a horrible experience with Mytickets.ae. Although payment for 4 airline tickets was successful, I did not receive any confirmation or tickets. When I contacted customer service, they casually stated that my payment was declined and not yet completed. Knowing that the amount was deducted from My account completely. My bank confirmed that the payment went through and was blocked by Mytickets.ae. This is very unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Think twice before using this service.” They defraud customers. They lie to them. And if my problem is not solved within 24 hours, the lawyer will handle it with them by law.
I tried to book a ticket on mytickets.ae from Abu Dhabi to Amman. Once I received the OTP and clicked on the payment icon, the page froze. The amount of the ticket was withdrawn from my bank account yet the ticket isn't booked. (The page froze, the payment was withdrawn from my account but the ticket wasn't booked). It was an urgent flight so i had to book another ticket. When i contact the customer services I don't get any help. Do not use this website at any cost! It is a scam!
I booked a flight(HE1IAYP7) with them from Dubai to New York via London and back as well from New York to Dubai via London but while coming I come to Heathrow andy Dubai flight is from Gatwick I can't take that flight as I can't leave Heathrow without a visa.now I am telling them want to change my return flight every time they come back and say no seat available as I already confirmed with virgin Atlantic and they confirmed seats are available so now I don't understand why they keep coming back saying seats not available plus I told them different dates as well still comes back and say seats not available don't understand why create a website when don't know how to work I don't want to cancel my trip I just want to change my return flight so that I can depart from the same airport Heathrow instead to Gatwick. Its been 10 days and I spoke to Virgin Atlantic and they told me that they have not received any request on my PNR hence they cannot change the tickets as it has to come through myticket.ae.
Our flight was cancelled by Airlines. Since 40 days we are chasing with mytickets.ae after refunded by airlines. We dont know when the money will get refunded. Better to book directly from the airlines
booked the flight for my friend, payment successful and they say the ticket arrives in 3 hours... it's been over 12 hours and the ticket never arrived, and there is no refund button, i am calling my lawyer right now, and if i dont get my money back, there will be some legal complications. Thankfully, the refund was really quick, pleasure doing business with you.
Such a disappointing website. I have requested for refund and the reply was not possible. Then I have requested for date change for which they are costing a certain amount which is double the cost of air tickets. Suggesting not to approach this website in any case
They took all the money for my booking and giving me a calculation which is greater than my ticket. There was two months for the flights still they looted me.
we have booked our tickets at 05 Jun 2023 which is showing 30 kgs baggage on each flight. multi city tickets around 2 weeks holiday. After 13 days of booking, 1 day before than flight (less than 24 hrs) they reached out to us and informed they made a mistake and our tickets doesnt include any check in baggage and completely refused to add any baggage allowance. putting us very difficult situation and they dont do anything more than saying "sorry" obviously 2 weeks holiday impossible without luggage and airline also saying as we booked through agency, they cannot help. Totally fraud

But still I haven't received the refund as committed by mytickets.ae. Update-1: Definately I will change the rating to 5 Star once received the full refund in my account. Update-2: 24-08-2023 23:26 I got my refund back of amount 1376 SAR and remaining surcharge amount183.49 AED. Thank you so much for your immediate support, Hope I will get remaining soon. Update-3: 27-08-2023 Surcharge amount too got refund alhamdulillah Full Amount got refunded 😊 Note: I was also scared by seeing the negative comments by customers.
