Mar 30,2019Scam!! I tried to book a flight with this site. Once I entered card details and confirmed booking... I received a message which stated the flight selected was unavailable and I was still charged on credit card without an explanation. Stay away from this website, it's a complete scam!

Feb 20,2019horrible service, i requested to change date & route of my flight at 11.30AM while the flight at 8.00pm but they respond over the e-mail only after 3hrs of my flight that i should pay penalty & when i asked for refund they deducted more than 80% of price & the funniest part that they can't deduct & return the rest of the amount, (( i should pay penalty to get my refund))(((meanwhile its their fault))). horrible service, non-trusted, i wasted my money & my time.

Feb 12,2019THEIR REFUND POLICY IS A SCAM. NEVER PAY FOR IT. I JUST GOT SCAMMED. THEY CHARGED ME 80% OF THE TICKET PRICE AFTER PAYING FOR THE REFUND FEES. Just look at every other review here, these guys can't be trusted

Jan 13,2019They are absolutely 0 ! Unprofessionall cheaters. Regret spending my time with them ! Useless for everything. Booking never confirmed they took amount of 10 300 aed and never returned to me ! It’s been 2 days ! I’m disappointed about everything with them. Don’t know what to do couse the costumes serves is useless they t not answering the phone never and once you get them they don’t have informations what ever we ask them they said they don’t know ! HORIBLE NEVER BOOK WOTH THIS COMPANY !!! Never never never !!!’

Dec 26,2018I wish there was something with a negative rating. They are thieves. They display a low price compared to other sites to grab attention and eventually keep increasing price at every step. They eventually charged 10% over the initially displayed price. Avoid these thieves.

Dec 09,2018They are not a travel agent. I think they have to turn into a cafeteria. If you need to do any amendment, you have to wait 14 business days!!!! All other online agencies, can amend on spot, especially if you need to correct the name after few minutes of tickets issuance. Olga, Zurina, and others informed me impolitely that they can't do any amendment and passed false information about the airline's rules. I am working in airlines industry for more than 25 years and never faced such layers like this website. One character is missing from the passenger name, so easily they can void the ticket which it is issued ten minutes ago and then issue a new one. But they need to get more money so this is the only way.

Nov 07,2018They are thieves Don’t ever use this website they will charge you more than quoted price with a scam move Then when you try to unblock the credit card after patjment they trick you and ask you for a bank statement and many things and after all the rude Russian lady would hang up the phone I still didn’t get my money back. I will check if this is a Dubai based business I would reporting to policee for sure

Sep 21,2018I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund. I cancelled my ticket before the flight and called before to confirm. Because this company is so incompetent they processed it late and still didn't get my money back. You'll keep calling and getting the same useless customer service agents. Book directly through the airline, you'll save yourself another bad experience.

Aug 20,2018If there’s an option of 0 star that is what they deserve. I was checking through myscanner and selected their agency as it was the cheapest but then as I was about to pay there is an option and an extra charge for which ever option I have to select after selecting they informed that it was fully booked but charged me AED 56 FOR NOTHING!!!! This website sucks!!! Don’t ever try to book from them or you’ll end up disappointed...

Aug 08,2018don't ever trust them , they advertise something and they charge you something else,In my bank direct statement they send me , it show that they charge me 35AED additional to the ticket purchase price which they charge me in actual (2858.73 AED instead of 2798 AED) they are cheater and they advertise things and charge other things

Jul 24,2018Unacceptable. They are thieves. The web got bug. They messed with the names and even passports and then they ask you to pay for tickets two times. The customer service doesn't know what to do. They are charging for everything extra. Avoid as plague.

Jun 17,2018If there was an option to give zero stars I would. This company booked my return flight on the wrong date. In order to change the date they wanted time charge me huge fees, around the same price of the total 2 way ticket. They said it was because the class I booked orginally was no longer available for the date I wanted. I went direct to the airline, they told me the fee for cancellation and it was about a tenth of what this company wanted to charge me, they also confirmed there were seats available in the class I wanted. However as I booked through mytickets the airline said I had to go through them for the date change. The price for me to purchase a new ticket myself on the flight I needed was half the price of what they wanted to charge me for changing the date!! I booked new tickets myself and mytickets are now giving me all sorts of reasons why I cannot have a refund on my return flight with them which I have asked to be cancelled. All through out their customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly and also very unwilling to confirm anything in writing, I guess so they can change their minds about prices and fees as they wish. I would like to reach their managing director to speak about the refund I am still chasing as well as the companies bad practices. Pretends to be a UAE service, head office in Austria and customer service in Ukraine. Stay away from this company.

Apr 19,2018I booked the tickets and they have charged AED 800 more than the price that was shown on the website. I called to the customer care but they told it is a conversion charge because they charged in USD. I have paid to Emirates Airlines from UAE card so I presumed that Emirates will charge in AED. They had more expensive option to pay to their company in AED so I thought there is no point to pay for being charged in dirhams (since the Airline company located in UAE) so I chose the payment to Airline company. They explained that their office is located in US that is why they charged for conversion. My advice never deal with this company. They cheat deliberately and cover it with hidden charges. I was trying to make a refund, they offered to give money back with almost 400 aed penalty for the transaction! Either way people will be cheated if dealing with them. Please be careful

Apr 08,2018Purchased a ticket via this company, the invoice was charged entirely different than what was shown. Earlier. Earlier on the website the displayed price was 2571.79 and I was charged 2726.10 155 more then what was shown earlier. I reached out to customer care and they said the amount charged to me was totally correct. As they offer a discount only on Maestro card. They actually hide this fact from the client deliberately and only display the price with a discount on Maestro card. The moment you select a different card you price changes radically and you would not notice. Not only me but there are many other people got cheated by them. I end up paying way more than I would NOT suggest anyone to deal with this company.

Apr 02,2019The word bad is not able to describe them, I was trying to book a multiple city's ticket, after the whole booking procedure and since I had given my bank card info there were no seats available. I said ok and then I realize that they have already charge me for nothing.
